Mail has become progressively later and later on delivery over the years. What was once around noon became afternoon, and now mail doesn't arrive until somewhere between 3pm & 5pm. All without explanation, statement, or notice.
Simply unacceptable.

I attended the Birchwood Mall, Post Office, and the female employee working there, was very friendly and helpful.

Agreed, very friendly location. For anyone unfamiliar, it is located directly across from Dunhams INSIDE the Mall.
