The young boy was ho does drive through is extremely rude and should NOT be working with sick people at all. I take meds for memory, mind sharpness and for other diseases I have. It’s not easy being sick and when I come I usually have lots already going on. To be spoken to like I’m dumb is NOT okay. Then when I say that is not nice he had a terrible attitude. Sir if you don’t like your job go somewhere else. Sick people don’t need your attitude.

Went there yesterday first in line with my daughter visibly not feeling well to get Claritin D for her having paperwork from Wellnow stating to get some. I waited nearly 30 minutes as I thought it was an OTC option, but it wasn't. Was told that I can't buy it for her and after talking with manager said they could sell it for me, only to be told the federal database was down so they couldn't sell it to me. My wife goes around 7pm with my other daughter and explains her need and gets the medicine with no questions asked. Why is it at times that men coming in with children get treated differently than women? Sorry, but my wife got preferential treatment, and that's not right. Both of us explained it was for our daughter, both of us explained she has sensory issues related to her autism, and neither of us were rude. But I was treated differently. I noticed at times by female staff at this location that I do not get the same level of service as women do, and I don't feel that is right. Being taller and heavier, I work hard to watch my posture and body language to not intimidate yet still feel I am treated differently here. Makes me not want to come here. It's why I switched from here to Port Huron Pharmacy as my primary pharmacy and I only went because they don't have OTC products.

I have a friend who is visiting from Georgia, her luggage was delayed and she was desperate for stoma paste for her colostomy. We went to Walmart Pharmacy, who by the way ADVERSTISED they had it, and when my friend asked the pharmacy about it, they looked at her with a blank stare and told her they had never heard of it. She was treated like she was basically “making it up.” What kind of pharmacy employees worth their salt don’t know about stoma paste? Are you kidding me? Where did you get your degree, “Diplomas R Us?” I was embarrassed.

For my metformin, I usually get prompt service. And the staff are nice. As for my son's medication, twice my wife has electronically sent refill orders in a week in advance and has had delays with no phone call or text. This affects his behavior and causes nasty headaches. We would be ok if someone would communicate ahead of time that the order can't be filled until a certain date. Instead we go though to find out it's not available or call ahead and find out the same. We will not be going there for his meds anymore. Communication ahead of time is all we asked and considering we order well in advance, that isn't much to ask. The regular staff are fine. That to me is a leadership issue that needs fixed.

Constantly a problem with them, every time I deal with them there is always a problem, and just love waiting in line to have someone walk up to the counter and they wait on them, especially when your there to correct a problem that they did, been dealing with them 3 weeks for a refill my doctor has sent, called to today was supposed to be sent again with another med refill it wasn't,

Almost always an issue with this pharmacy! It's comically, maddening at this point. Finally had ENOUGH! One says one thing, then another... Sometimes 3 visits to the place in one day to get correct prescriptions! Do they not realize this is medicine that needs to be taken consistently? Holy cow, get it together people. Transferred today, after 3 years. My kids would brace themselves to have to go here! Terrible Quality of communication and work.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never had so many issues before! Countless times of me calling in my script and then getting there and it not being ready I decided to download app. I figured this would help with the long waits as well and I could try out the quick checkout. Only they never have it set up anymore and I'm left waiting still. Which leads me to my next issue, I called in my script on a Thursday and when I went to pick it up of course all of it wasnt ready. I was told 2 of the items were sent to my doctor for approval. The next day (Friday) I call and ask if they are ready and they say they are still waiting on my doctor and they sent it today. (Why today when they said they did the day before....) Now my doctors office is closed for the weekend and I am now out of my script and check on Monday and am told they still have not heard back from my doctor. Upon calling my doctor they say they never received the request and will send it over right away. I wait 3 hours and head up there and am told to wait. After 10 mins I think they forgot about me and am about to say something and am told another 30 mins! I wait because I have been without this script now for the last couple days. When I arrive back 25 mins later my script is still not ready! I wait in the drive thru forever for them to come back with only 1 script. I'm done. And all I'm told is they will have to call the doctors office in the morning. How am I to believe that when they told me Thursday they sent the request then Friday and come Monday still NOTHING! The worst customer service ever!!! Save yourself the time!

I will never fill at Walmart again. The pharmacist 20 questioned me about my medication that has been prescribed to me for years. Asking me what I need it for and when I told her the name of my bone disease she had no clue what it was anyway because she is NOT A DOCTOR! Then asked me what else am I doing to treat it and what my long term plans were for treatment .. Are you serious?! Then I had to physically show her proof on my body of my bone disease .. So embarassing and humiliating. I only went here because my regular pharmacy was 4 hours behind .. NEVER EVER AGAIN! And I will be contacting a lawyer to see if what she did to me was even legal!

All star rating. Qick, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The pharmacy was getting ready to close, and they made sure my mom's newly called-in prescription was ready for her. Thank you Martha. 🙠😘

I am a cancer patient and had a norco script and Ativan to fill. They told me my norco wouldn't be approved by the insurance company till tomorrow. I said fine can I pay the $131 out of pocket. The pharmacist said no. I asked why he said because he said and it's his desicion. I drove 45 minutes away with cancer to fill it. I was going out of town and he treated me like a damn junkie. I hope to god he never has to deal with cancer. He's a real sweetheart. I WILL never do business with them again
