“In what was a horrific time for some major vehicle repair, it was such a relief to work with a company like this. They’re honest. They legitimately care about what they’re doing and the people they’re helping. They have loaners when available, which is almost nonexistent in auto repair shops. They are quick, and they understand that you need your vehicle back. It’s not about their convenience. They’re transparent. I was sent a detailed analysis, including photos and explanations of what needed to be done. I was able to ask questions and make a decision by being able to talk to someone who took the time with me. Frank was amazing! And they do great work for a fair price. I won’t go anywhere else from this point forward.

Took it to auto value in North branch Michigan young man there tested my alternator and my battery. My battery was not working. Got a new one. He put it in for me. I had to go home to get the money for it and he trusted me for it that’s crazy but the people who work there were absolutely amazing in an auto parts store definitely should go to North branch Michigan auto value Excellent customer service”

Fair prices, amazing customer service, and you will get your vehicle back quickly. After the recent experience I had with them getting my control arm replaced on my Ram 1500, I will be bringing my wife’s car here to get fixed as well. Highly recommended.”

“The guys here are TOP NOTCH!!! I've had them repair leaky tires and today they even changed my blinker bulb for me! (I couldn't figure out how to get to it to change it myself) They go ABOVE AND BEYOND EVERY TIME I need help. If it's something they don't do, they know where to send me. “There's no better body shop in the country...no exaggeration. My 2012 Camry was like a squashed beer can... I got really high estimates from body shops all over the area, and all of these shops eventually told me they did not want to do the job. Shands did an excellent job and charged me way less than these other shops were going to… There's no evidence that this car was ever in any kind of a wreck. Very shiny, perfect, looks like brand new. Highly recommended”
