We use Andrulis Plain Farmers Cheese to make Perogi for the holidays. It's the best! We've also tried a few of the flavored Farmers Cheeses and the curds, delicious!!!

Best cheese in the world. I microwave it for 30 seconds and devour it with a cracker. I can happily put away 2-3 pounds of this cheese, any and all flavors, in this manner. The desert cheese is exquisite, but, I recommend eating that unheated. 1,000 stars!
