I used to shop here every 2-3 weeks; it wasn't a wide selection of products, but they had fresh fruit (usually a bit overripe, but at prices that made it a good value) and pastries, and the staff were friendly.
Sadly now the stock is all stuff you can get cheaper at the Dollar General 1/4 mile away, and on my last few visits the store has been manned by a guy who makes me uncomfortable. Once, while perusing the aisles, I thought he was yelling at me because he was talking on the phone at a volume most people reserve for giving a public speech without a microphone. On another visit I was trying to buy $3 and change worth of snacks and he wouldn't take a $5 bill, and when I told him I didn't have enough 1s he kept telling me that I had four 1s in my wallet. I understand that cashiers sometimes run out of change, but he didn't even say he was out of change, just demanded 1s without saying why, and his openly examining the contents of my wallet without my in any way showing it to him was very intimidating.
I always shopped here on Saturday afternoons. If you visit at other times you may well have a better customer service experience, and in most respects this place is passable as gas station/convenience stores go, so two stars is as low a rating as I'm comfortable giving it.

It was during a snowstorm. I had been driving for 14 hours. I stopped and slept in their parking lot. The gummies were good. The lady seemed nice. We had to move a pitbull that day.

St Paddy's day. I drove 400 miles and was hoping to get a corned beef and cabbage meal. First time stopping here. Ordered corned beef and cabbage. Very disappointed with what I got. It was Mac and cheeze with a few small pieces of cabbage. I had to look real hard to see tiny pieces of meat. No taste of corned beef or cabbage. Just Mac & cheese.
