No breakfast sandwiches prepped or Cold, ok that’s fine on my way out into my vehicle id nearly slipped on the ice and Asked the chubby lady working there if I can have some salt for the spot I’d almost slipped on twice and she stated she will come out and salt it, on the phone with my wife I’d noticed some guy come out and salt right next to the pumps when I told him that’s. It where it’s slippery he stated he didn’t work there.
If I’d have gotten the salt it would have been salted where it’s slippery and not at the gas pump.
I’m posting this for community accountability we should care about our vulnerable adults who can fall on this ice and reduce their quality of life.
Did she think a property maintenance guy like myself who does Lawncare landscape, snow and ice management can’t handle on handful of salt in a spot I’d almost fallen from twice ?

I walked in today to use the bathroom and buy water and I couldn’t help but notice a few things on my way inside, they have Xtra liquid fabric softener from 2004 on the shelf with this disgusting brown goo around the bottom edges of the bottle and 2010 Sun dishwasher powder and a few other very old cleaning additives on the shelf, how in the world would anyone still have that and where did they find these products? You can find the circa date of the product on the back or side where it states the manufacturers name. I love vintage items like that but by now they’ve lost most of their effectiveness and shouldn’t be sold regularly still those products aren’t up to quality because they’ve been sitting for years and years and I don’t get why your selling them, as if you think nobody would notice?

I stopped here on Thursday Oct 17 around 1:20 pm. I paid for gas at the pump but went inside to get a drink. There was no one visible at or near the cash register. A few other people came in to also get some drinks we all waited at least 15 minutes with no one coming to the register I called out several times near the register and back by the restrooms with no response. We all ended up putting our purchases back and leaving. A lot of inside sales were missed just in the 20 minutes I was there. Just wondering if the employee just left and left the store unattended??

Update: Much nicer experience today. Thank you!Convenient location. Couldn't touch up windows while fueling because the wands were filthy, worn, and swimming in muddy sludge instead of fresh window cleaner.

First off, let me start by saying the lady running the counter, did an awesome job, I have been there before when she’s there, and she kicks butt. Very nice lady,… Why I’m upset, I have a low tire and I need air just so happens BP has an air machine. They charge two dollars Kind of sucks but I’m OK with that. When I ask the lady if I can get change she says no they don’t do cash back. She was able to exchange one dollar for 4/4 however, that does not pay for the air, I’m absolutely disgusted with whoever owns an operates the Fowlerville BP gas station, I know they can care less what I have to say or think they probably own several gas stations so who am I?

The heavyset white lady that clocks in at 6am is the rudest most insuffurable employee i have ever had to deal with at a gas station. Get rid of it.

Slowest diesel pump I have ever experienced. This BP has one diesel pump. After a few minutes, I still hadn't gotten a gallon, plus it doesn't have that latch, so you have to hold it the whole time. They did have the best price I have seen since Brandon took office, but so does the Sunoco across the street.

No bathrooms available to us after we traveled 3 hours to stop at this place. I'm sure the plants around the store are happy about that, I we weren't.
