This is based off my husband because I don't really fo into car parts places. He told me the staff there aren't really that friendly but they do at least seem knowledgeable in parts and always get you the right part you need. He has went to other part stores and they don't even know what he is talking about. The non-friendly part is a little off putting though.

Best auto parts store around. Include wide selection of hardware. Talked to someone recently who went to a big box auto store and they did not carry cotter pins. Gramp’s has it all.

Warning complete crooks just left there trying to exchange brakes because after 6 months they're already bad and became metal on metal and that was their dodge around. Is because it's metal on metal that wasn't a brake issue or they couldn't warranty it. This was also going to be the first of the many parts I ordered from them 6 months ago and replaced that already need replaced and warranted the list is. Front struts complete assembly, sway bar links, inner and putter tie rods, control arms, literally the entire list of over 3000 dollars in parts that I ordered from them that I know I will never be able to get replaced because their shady dodge around. Never have I ever heard of this excuse from a company especially with a customer that has spent so much money with them. Future customers beware of the shadyness and work around on warranties if you go here.
