I was in a car accident with my 2023 Traverse which i leased from Roni. Once i found out my car was totaled i went right to Roni and she got me another car immediately. She goes above and beyond to make the transaction smooth. Everyone at that Dealership is absolutely wonderful!

The service department at champion Chevrolet in fowlerville is a complete joke. My wife’s car got taken in for a driver information screen not functioning as well as a check engine light under warranty. They called a day later and said it was fixed and ready for pickup, when we went to pick it up the check engine light was on before we even left the parking spot. So we left it for another day. They called the following day saying it was ready, so we picked it up and made it 2 miles down the road. Check engine light comes back on. Took it back again for a 3rd time in 3 days and after that the check engine light was fixed, the driver information screen stayed fixed for all of about 3 weeks until it started not working again. They couldn’t provide us with a loaner so by the time we were able to bring it back and leave it for a day the car was 2000 miles out of warranty. They wouldn’t even look at the car without charging us a diagnostic fee, for an issue that was apparently “fixed” for free in warranty. We will not be buying a car here again or bringing anything in here for service. Awful experience all around.

I had a few things going on and the service department got me right in to take care of them. They were very polite when I had questions and when I thought of an item I forgot they were ready to get it taken care of on the spot. Excellent service team and manager.

I was very apprehensive about dealing with a salesman. Youtube painted a horrible picture of what to expect.
I got the the exact opposite of that experience! Nothing but a great experience.

From start to finish Paul and Samantha made this a smooth and easy process.
Paul went above and beyond to make sure we looked through all the different options. He happily walked around with me even though it was really hot and humid and did it with a smile on his face. Genuinely, they made a life long customer with me today.

We enjoyed coming back to Champion Fowlerville for another car purchase experience. Kevin and Trudy were professional, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure we got the vehicle wanted. We appreciated how Trudy kept us in the loop every step of the way. This dealership is a bit of a drive for us but we will always come back as long as we receive such great service.

I'd have scored them higher (Trudy is fantastic up in the front) except they abandoned me at the dealership after promising to have a shuttle take me home and then ... just not providing the shuttle.
