I had such a great experience here at Shear Image. Jayne took time to talk with me about my hair color and the kind of cut I wanted. It was the old fashioned kind of customer service where you felt known and cared about even though I'd walked in a complete stranger. I miss those experiences. But what a great appointment. I'll be back!

Did a great job on my daughters hair. Before we moved back home we had gone to a few places and they never got the color right. Shear Image got the color she loved right away. They do multiple follow ups and make sure everything is still good and the customers happy also. Will be returning.

Thanks for destroying my hair right before the wedding. Next time warn the potential long term customer that you’re using them for training. Obviously the service I went in for was out of the skill set of the stylist and the outcome could have been FAR WORSE

Front desk mislead me on the experience of nail tech. She was very kind and gentle, however she needs more training and guidance before seeing more clients. My cuticles were not even trimmed. Hopefully management can provide further training.Service: Manicure
