can’t even deliver a simple package. i’ve ordered the same thing three different times now & EVERY SINGLE TIME it’s “intercepted” for what? no reason, you’d think it’s because it’s too big or too difficult to deliver or something was in the way. NOPEEEEE. it was a pack a lip stains for my makeup & the walk way to the door & go the mail box are completely cleared out. why is it that hard to deliver one package that’s less than a pound & isn’t even the size of a ruler.

Mailbox has been fine the entire time I've lived in my home, but because they got new trucks, half the township has to modify their mailbox.
Workers are rude and condescending on two different instances with two different workers.
And this is when my mail doesn't end up in someone else's mailbox. I got my neighbors property tax bill in my mail last year.

Great Customer Service. I never have any issues with my mail. Delivered as it says. I see most people are impatient with mail.

Constantly delivering mail into the wrong parcels... I lost a $500 package because they put it in the wrong parcel and they claimed there was nothing they could do because it said it was delivered... So I am out $500 because someone doesn't pay attention. Terrible service.

I have been dealing with this post office for the past 6 months in regards to mailbox requirements. I have lived in the same house, at the same address for 12 years and have never had any issues. We took our mailbox to required height and Kelly still wants us to raise it 10 inches. Now she is returning all my packages that I order through Amazon or Ebay with the note that the person or location is unknown and or the package does not have correct or an incomplete address. I have been friendly and kind long enough and I generally keep my mouth shut. However, my large packages do not have anything to do with my mailbox and you can deliver them to my front porch just fine, since I get them when they are not through USPS. I think it's really shitty to act like this and unprofessional during the holiday season since a majority of the things I'm ordering are presents to go under my tree for my two children! Do better, be better. If anyone is having the same issues look up my husband on Facebook and join his class action against them. We are looking to take this higher up!

Kelly the postmaster needs to get off her high that she’s on. Our mailbox has been in the same condition the whole time we have owned this home. We recently started getting notices in our mailbox that if the height and wobbling isn’t corrected they will stop our mail. We went out there with a tape measure and sure enough…CORRECT HEIGHT. It’s slightly loose yes, but if you go over it to kick it, it barely moves. I understand you may not like your job Kelly, but speaking to people with respect and not threaten to shut off mail will go a long way. No wonder this place has a 1 star review total….truly sad. Please focus on training your delivery people to shut mailboxes so their mail doesn’t get wet before you come after something so tiny. I know it gives you excitement to be on your high horse, but humble yourself a little bit, Kelly.

I really debated about writing a review because what other option does anyone have to receive their mail? Customer service is absolutely terrible and probably because they know people have no choice. The postmaster clearly lacks any empathy towards their customers. I have been living in the same house for 8 years and my mail box has never changed. Now all of sudden it needs to be fixed within their timeframe or service gets cut off altogether.

I came in with a lot of questions and was greeted with a smile, and lots of patience. I really appreciate the time that the gentleman took with me when I was there.

Post master (Kelly) starts out nice, but if you dare correct her (with correct information i might add) she becomes extremely rude and condescending, and treats you like you dont know anything. Worst Post Office Ever! Oh and the delivery drivers are awful too!

I have never experienced a USPS that will go out of their way not to deliver mail. My mailbox HAS to be across the street from my house and if my neighbors are parked within 100 feet of it, they refuse to deliver my mail. I once had my packages stuffed into the neighbors mailbox and marked delivered(seems illegal), at least 3 times a week it is marked "blocked" or not delivered, and I had a package marked "being held at post office at request of resident" which was a lie. The mailbox was conveniently "blocked" again. I am beyond annoyed that they refuse to reach their arm a few feet from my neighbors mailbox to deliver mine. Either deliver my mail or let me put the mailbox in front of my own house where I can guarantee it will not be blocked. This review is pointless as there is zero accountability and they will continue to refuse to deliver the mail.

Pitiful post office in Fowlerville every time i mail something out from this post office it always takes twice as long to get to where it’s going if it gets there at all. Should be 0 stars! This is the world we live in now no one wants to do there job. Pure laziness!
