March 2024 by Deekers
Moved to Fowlerville in January 2024 i got online and paid the $1.10 to have my mail forwarded to my new address. After filling out my information the website said i had to go to the post office and show ID to verify my identification. So what was the point of the $1.10 charge?? That was a straight up scam. It's now March and my mail is still being delivered to my old address. Can i have the $1.10 refunded since my mail isn't being forwarded and I never got the service that I paid for? Last week i got a letter from the post office saying that they were no longer going to forward my catalogs and magazines even though the day before a magazine was delivered to my old address. Once again I paid $1.10 for them to never forward my mail, i hope nothing important gets delivered there as it is 200 miles away. Today I went to the post office because I got a letter from them saying that my informed delivery was being disabled and I had to go in and verify my identity again. That is the fourth time in 3 months and I am disabled and have difficulty walking. The manager lady treated me as if I shouldn't be upset that they refuse to do their job and that is just appalling.aybe this is a perfect example of the poor service you get when dealing with union workers. Thank goodness those bad employees have job security.

These people need to seriously get it together in this company, takes way too long to receive packages shipping with these airheads. Something that should of been delivered four days ago is now one city away still and won’t be here for I’m sure another week, absolutely absurd. Very lazy delivery employees, they shove packages into the mailbox when they are to be delivered to the front door, do your job and stop being lazy and if you got a problem with that step aside and allow someone else in who has the proper attitude and ethic to get the job done.

If you live in Fowlerville, it’s too bad that we have to be subjected to these criminals. There have been countless times where I had ordered records on line. The tracking says it was delivered, but it really never got delivered to my actual address. Normally I’d get my money back from the seller, which isn’t fair because it isn’t their fault. It happened again on Feb. 15th. Im tired of sellers footing the bill, so I decided to go to the Fowlerville post office and see what’s going on. They told me they would call me when they find out something. Almost two weeks went by so I just decided to stop in again. They told me it was misdelivered and they could not get the record back. They didn’t want to take responsibility for it, so I guess I’ll just have to take that loss. Thanks a lot. For people that get paid big bucks to deliver mail, at least make sure you are sending it to the right address! Most people would be proud to have this job. Thanks for nothing criminal.

Big taller dude, would not give me tape when I have business to run. Forced me to go home waste gas in my truck to find tape. Came back asked about the tape he had and he said "Oh no we don't have anymore of that tape" there will always be donated tape. The man in the morning he is generous and kind and will get you done and out of there in 5 minutes.

Refuses to deliver packages because "driveway isn't maintained" it's a shared driveway and the twp just had the construction company that destroyed my approach fix the worst section of driveway making it easy to drive down in a 2019 subaru impreza. But apparently usps llv's are slammed to the ground in this county because karen...I mean Kelly said fix it yet it is...I invite everyone to drive on my driveway....its no worse than the dirt portion of sharpe rd ?♂️? joke of a postal office

I needed help with returning my international Amazon packages, the bigger tall male employee had a rude attitude in wanting to help. Almost as if I was expected to know what express shipping form I was supposed to use… he pulls the form from behind his desk & rudely hands me it. After confronting him about his attitude, he quickly says with a condescending tone, “I’m sorry if my tone was offending you.” As I stood there filling out my form, he has greeted every other customer with friendly mannerisms.

Mail guy or girl wouldn't drop off the package to my house cause dogs. Dogs were barking went outside and they were at the end of my driveway waved and started walking over to them and they looked at me and drove off by far the most rude carrier I've came in contact with. Never have these problems with amazon.

This is the worst post office in the area. The staff is incredibly rude and the mail driver is always so petty. My brother accidentally put the trash can on the wrong side so they decided to WRITE ON OUR MAIL that the mailbox was blocked. That should be illegal honestly. Leave a post it or something, don't write on someone's mail. Any time you come in for help or questions, they just get an attitude and say "we can't help you" with a snotty attitude. They should be nicer considering the pay and benefits they get but I guess not.

My husband and I have asked this USPS office over 4 times now to stop delivering our packages in front of the garage door, and they continue to do it anyway! It's only a couple more steps to our door, and it's completely clear on our pathway. Our packages can easily get damaged if they're put by our garage because we dont have any sort of weather covering there. We do by our doorstep.

I ordered a gift from Lands End to be delivered to my mother-in-law in Fowlerville using her street address because I assumed it would be delivered directly to her home. But instead, UPS delivered the package to the Fowlerville post office, expecting USPS to complete the delivery. Because she doesn't have a mailbox and uses a P.O. box (which wasn't included on the package), I received a notice that the package was being returned to Lands End because it was inadequately addressed. I called the Fowlerville post office and left a voice mail message asking that it not be returned to Lands End but held for pick-up under her P.O. box number, which I provided; my expectations were not high. But later in the day, I was surprised to receive a return call from the afternoon supervisor at the Fowlerville post office explaining that the package was found and was being held in her P.O. box. It was quickly retrieved. Thank you, Fowlerville post office, for your assistance and return call!

Who delivers a package in a wind storm and leaves it in the driveway instead of by the front door on our porch?? We finally found our package in the middle of our back field covered in snow. Apparently common sense or common courtesy is not present among the staff here……get it together.

After my mailbox has been in the same place for 10 years we received a notice that it was to low and needed to be raised. They put our mail on hold in the mean time. We raised the box, however after sending notice to postmaster the driver did not deliver mail, instead stuck another note that box was still to short(she did not measure this.) Found out most of my block all got these letters. It seems this became an issue after USPS got new vehicles. They are welcome to come and repair the boxes to fit their new vehicle height at this point as my tape measure says it meets their requirements.

We have a small business that Kelly has decided to target. First she wrote a letter stating our road was bad and until "someone" fixed it we wouldn't get mail delivered. We have no control over the roads. Then she said our mailbox (here for 20 years) wasn't up to code. So we "fixed" the mailbox, even though she couldn't really say what the problem was--we think it was actually the flag that the mail delivery person ripped off of our box and we replaced. Then she said someone's dog was making it unsafe for delivery. When they deliver, it is to the residence and not the office where the SIGNS are posted for delivery. Because they can't read. Now she is saying they can't walk the packages to the door any more because they can't walk. Oh, and they can't drive the packages up either because......they don't know how to turn around in a driveway. She is now extorting us by requiring we sign a document stating it is OK for the post office to leave our packages in the road. This is absurd. Reading the reviews, I have to wonder if the US government is aware of this Kelly person working for them? Because she is nothing more than a liability. And "kelly girl" below is kelly writing her own review. How tacky.
