“Willi's has the best sauerkraut ever! In general, I don't like sauerkraut straight out of the jar or bag--it's overly sour and piquant and a little undercooked. Good sauerkraut needs to be prepared the right way, and this store really knows how to do it. I love it. It reminds me of my grandmother's house at Thanksgiving, but her sauerkraut was not THIS good.”
