A nurse in Dr. Butman's office performed a medical procedure on a family member. Within a day or two, that procedure was followed by a related medical problem requiring a specialist.Someone in Dr. Butman's office scheduled an appointment for our family member to see a specialist a month or so later. When our family member went to that appointment, the specialist said there was nothing that could be done for the condition because it should have been treated ASAP.The breakdown or no communication between the nurse and Dr. Butman as to the severity of the medical issue our loved one had/has, and her failure to schedule an immediate appointment with a specialist, resulted in our family member suffering from a life-long, irreversible medical condition.We trusted this medically trained nurse to do right for our loved one but she failed on all accounts. She does not belong in the medical field providing care to anyone. Dr. Butman shares the blame since this all happened on his watch.

Not a friendly or helpful staff. Had blood drawn last February but it was never processed because one gal couldn't find my orders in the computer and never bothered to call me or tell me. Had to go back in to have it done AGAIN where another gal was competent enough to find my original orders in the computer. Went in for urine sample today and the only directions I was given was where the bathroom was and to put the sample in the silver door. Hope the results are accurate. And while I was waiting, a lab employee (same one that tossed my blood orders from February) walked into the building without a mask and was working behind the counter without a mask during mandatory mask orders from the governor.

Came in on a Monday morning. Was checked in had vitals complete and saw the doctor within 20 minutes of arrival. Super friendly and quick staff. Very efficient

We waited for 2 hours and then finally just left without seeing anyone. There wasn't that many people and no reason it should have taken that long.

We went in around 7. My first thought was I hope they aren’t unkind or frustrated because we are coming in so late when they close at 8. My daughter needed to be seen right away and couldn’t wait for family doctor. She has an ear infection. Anyways, ALL of the ladies were so so kind and caring. They all were friendly and just made us feel so welcomed! The Dr. was very attentive and wonderful as well! Thankyou all!

Went to go to the medexpress this morning and it was closed. The hours on the door and online said 9am-6pm though... very inconvenient since this was the only time my work schedule allowed me to go to the doctor this week. Make sure you call and see if they’re open before you go! They might just randomly be closed like they were today for me.

Was a very short wait and people were friendly. Doc didnt really do a whole lot for me but gave me an xray because thats what I wanted. But you billed the wrong insurance company on my behalf. Not sure how thats possible when you had my card but hey I guess you get what you get at an urgent care place. I had to call and get it re submitted to the right insurance company.

I checked in online and have been here for 45 minutes and counting with nothing being resolved. Nobody is in the office, so tell me why it is taking so long for a diagnosis? The workers are just chit-chatting and standing around. Worst place to go if you actually want to be helped.

The hand therapist at covenant is rude and dont deserve a job. I had carpentunell therapy there. I would show up they all woulf be sitting in the cramped room they called a therapy room. Sit and BS and leave you sitting till they were ready. Lol. Anyways the way this man talked to me made me doubt his credentials. I tried to explain to him i was having problems with two fingers locking up. And he got al rude with me saying what is this a comp case. What a piece of work. So after talking to my hand surgeon. Well known surgeon in saginaw he told me to tell this clown " to do his job and mind his own d## business. My family doctor told me he had been unhappy with them for awhile. So i transfered to covenant on cooper apperantly they had called ahead . and boy this lady tried to give me the treatment. They tried to tell me i wasnt allowed to go to another facility unless afilliated with covenant. WRONG

Husband here this morning. Extreme arm pain. Said nothing they could do. Take ibuprofen. Nothing prescribed for pain. 2 hours later, we sit in emergency room, gave him a shot for the pain. X-rays and cat scan, fractured arm! Shame on med Express! Never will I go here again!

Went there first thing yesterday morning before work. Very nice! They got me in right away and were very nice. The Dr was great and diagnosed the problem right away and explained everything to me In a way I understood. I highly recommend!
