Frankenmuth Cheese Haus is a third-generation family-owned business with over 200 types of cheese, including many local Michigan cheeses. It is a fun and cute place, a must-see and must-stop shop in Frankenmuth. They carry hard-to-find cheeses, with a good selection and something for everybody, from sharp cheddar and phenomenal Frankencheddar to chocolate cheese and outstanding block cheese. They make several cheese spreads and additional cheeses in haus, with free delish samples available. The store also has kitchen gadgets galore, neat gift items, and gift baskets. The staff is friendly and everything is clean, though some items like crackers can be expensive. Visitors can watch the cheese being made.
