We're traveling through from Georgia. I use Kroger at home and I needed a refill, the pharmacy tech in Frankenmuth was super friendly even used a coupon that saved me $10 more than my pharmacy at home...

Rude employees. They refused to explain the difference between how a prescription was written last month instead of this month. They assumed I blamed them for the error; which, I did not! (What's the saying about assuming 🤔) And when I tried to de-escalate the employee then got more irritated. So, if you don't like me saying honey because I don't know your name and you are refusing to do your job well there's plenty of words that fit, I picked one with a B and asked if that was better so she hung up on me. And, now I have a new pharmacy. Don't waste your time here. They are rude and refuse to help. I have had 20 surgeries. I am missing several organs. My father is dying. So yep that was my experience. Go there at your own risk!

Tech very unprofessional when answering telephone. Snapped at me when told they gave me wrong prescription. Then proceeded to tell me it was my responsibility to make sure my meds were right. Needless to say you lost another customer.

This is the only pharmacy around that hasn’t messed up my prescriptions! And they’ve been doing it right for about 3 years now!

Worst pharmacy in town. Used to be great. Called in refills and they never got filled. Went in to pick up and they staff said I never called them in. Asked them to fill them now and I would come back to get them . Never filled again and was yelled at and hung up on on the phone by the very rude pharmacist! Not how you should be treating customers. Will never go to that pharmacy again

I stopped in to buy groceries at 8:00am. ONLY self-serve checkouts were opened, all the ones that were operated by humans were closed. *IF* Kroger wants me to check out my own groceries they MUST invite me to a Christmas party since I am an employee now. I wonder when I will be required to unload trucks and stock selves too. Kroger SHOULD have people run checkouts open at all times for people that dislike self checkout lines. The pharmacy is very slow however the humans working it are really nice and very polite.

Only doing 1 because I can't do 0. Absolutely do NOT do their pickup. They will substitute for things not even similar and not email you about it. Worth the extra drive to the Meijer in birch run.

We decided to use Kroger Pharmacy when we moved here this year. We (obviously) expected some issues, but never thought that the Kroger employees (especially the pharmacy staff) would be as dedicated, thorough and willing to problem solve so that our scripts were correct and on time! Sometimes they get backed up and lately there was a new software put in place that had some hiccups, but never once has anyone on their team said 'we can't, we won't, or I don't know'. Instead, it is 'let me see what I can do'. Even if, at the end, the answer is not what I wanted to hear, they still try. In our book....they are AMAZING! Thank you, thank you Kroger staff (especially the pharmacy) for such great service!!!

during this mandatory mask wearing time, I visited your store. I work in the health care field, I know how to wear a mask correctly, but your employees dont seem to. all but 3 had their mask down not covering their nose. May as well not being wearing one if it not going to be worn correctly. and it set a horrible example to your customers. and when nicely reminded it should cover the nose I got a really bad reaction. may want to think about customer service training as well as saftey training, not to mention the guy spraying the carts sprayed with full stream, not spray right in the face. I litterly had to walk outside because the fumes were so strong I couldn't breath. but at least I was sanitized.

The past 2 weeks we have done grocery pick up. I greatly appreciate that you are offering this service for free during this pandemic. The lady who brought our groceries out last week was very nice and so was the gentleman who helped us tonight. It makes me sad that they feel the need to apologize for any wait there may be. I can see in their face that some people are not so kind or patient. They are running their butts off and doing their jobs as fast as they can with smiles on their faces. Thank you to all of you working so hard for all of us!!!!

I recently decided to eat healthier, lower sodium and try plant based. My health improved greatly and Kroger in Frankenmuth consistently carries many of the foods for my healthier lifestyle.

First time I’ve been here since the million plus reopening. Spent over $400, had two carts. No one available to help bring groceries to my car. 2 lanes with 1 person in each and one bagger to share. bagged most of my own groceries. 4 people to help self check out. I am not impressed.
