LONG REVIEW ALERT!!
The thing about this place that surprises me vs other dealerships and repair shops that I've been to is that the staff seem to genuinely care about the customers. During this visit this was my second time having issues with brakes and rotors that were installed. To be honest I was very upset but came short of blaming installers or this company. Sometimes bad batches of parts come off assembly lines. I had to keep this in mind. Mike in service assured me that they would take care of me. Dylan in the office also made a statement that things would be taken care of.
In addition to the brakes I was told I had two major leaks that needed immediate attention. Ok here we go.
Loaner was amazing thank you for that. Got a call to pick up my vehicle a few days later and was told a different price than originally given. A MUCH LOWER PRICE.
Whoever was responsible for repairs noticed that one of the leaks was causing the other area to appear that it was leaking as well. This just doesn't happen. Most places, from my experience, would have just replaced the other seal that wasn't leaking instead of double checking afterwards.
Thank you Mike Young Service staff especially Mike and Dylan for the great service that I'm so used to receiving from you guys.

I wait just over a month before posting a review because I've done reviews where I told people someone or something was great & then right after they/it wasn't.
In this case, I bought a used car, less than 100K miles. The buying process was quick & painless, just how it's supposed to be. I knew what I wanted & my salesman Cowboy Troy-made it happen. Even when the paperwork got mixed up & said something different, he made sure to fix it. At the end of the sale, he hands me his card & says "call me for anything you need with your car, I'll take care of it."
Well, I bet he didn't expect to be hearing from me at 7am with 3 weeks that something was up with my brakes. He came & picked up my car from me while I was at work & had it looked at. He had my rotors cleaned. Later that week, they were doing it again. They said it was the ABS on the disc brakes & that I had to get used to them b/c they were different than my old car. OK.
Another 1.5 weeks go by & it's starting to get cold in the morning but still warm in the afternoons. I had left my air on one night & the next morning when I went to start my car, it hesitated but then none of my climate controls were working(my air was stuck on cold & i couldnt turn it off nor my heat on). I restarted my car 6x, called Troy, he picked up my car again except by the time he got the car & they checked it out, it was working fine. Go figure. They said I was crazy & I've got to stop bringing it in when it's not having a problem. I'm furious. 2 more days of harsh starts & my parking brake light decides to kick on for no reason. Yesterday afternoon as I went to start my car, it hesitated a lot more than normal so I checked everything out. Climate controls are not working again & dashboard is lit like a Christmas tree. I called Troy & asked if he was still at dealership b/c my car was doing same thing & that I wasn't crazy & I wasn't restarting until it was fixed. I took it right over b/c he, Tim, & the rest of the used car team was still there & by now they all know me & my car. I didn't turn off my car, didn't shut my door (b/c that's a way to help restart your car) - I grabbed Tim & had him come play with buttons. All 3 of them sat under my hood for almost a half hour checking my fuses. Those were good. I told them about the harsh starts everything again. They told me they'd get my car in first thing the next morning. They did. Picked it up. Found my battery being the problem. Helped me get the new one & got my car back to me before I had to go home for the day.
As Troy said, it's about how you treat people at the end of the day.
In the midst of all this, 2 people had asked me of I'd recommend or go back to them. Of you had asked me the beginning of this week or even last night, I'd have said no. But I believe in making things right & treating people right. In the end of all this, that's what they did. I couldn't be happier. I've been left behind before by dealerships but I don't feel like that with this one.

My coolant was draining into the engine AND had a cracked exhaust gasket. They got me a great loaner and kept me up to date on how repairs were going. I knew it wouldn't be a cheap fix, but I was SO glad that I took it to Mike Young. They knew exactly what to do and my car runs great now, no problems. I'm very pleased with how everything turned out.

Recently purchased a 2019 Buick Encore from here. The experience was amazing. Cowboy Troy listened to what my needs were and helped me get as close as possible. Great environment and experience. The whole team here is awesome made the whole experience comfortable and relaxing. This is going to be my go to dealership for now on when it comes to purchasing vehicles wether new or pre owned.

Service department is scam and never have had a good experience from the service side and all service desk employees treat women like garbage
