So far I purchased 2 pickup trucks from this dealership. I travel from Lockport New York for purchases. The salesman I deal with is outstanding. His Name is Mike Piper. I get a no nonsense, fair and honest transaction with him. I trust his opinion, experience and honesty. It makes the long distance travel well worth it. I intend on purchasing in the future. It’s nice working with this dealership and Mike Piper !

While camping in Frankenmuth for a week just a day before we were to leave our truck broke down. Took it to the service department where Brian and Jim took control. They had the truck for a day and was back on the road the following day. Thank you so much for Jim and Brian for taking care of the situation....also a big shout out to Teck. who worked on my truck. Brought my car back in to get the locks fixed, which previously was done (4-6 weeks ago). Explained that the locks don’t work when it rains, the fob works to open hatch but doesn’t work to open doors when it seems to rain. Other than that the fob works. They told me they couldn’t find anything, then tried to charge me for re-programming my 2nd fob, which I told them didn’t work. I have been a customer for over 20 years, and I will NOT be back. Your service is basically useless.UPDATE:Josh from Mike Young reached out to me. I brought it back in today, and they figured out what was wrong and fixed it free of charge! I’ll continue to bring my vehicles their. Josh was awesome and introduced himself when I picked up my car. Thanks so much Josh! Very satisfied customer!

Always so nice!!! I prefer to come here to get my oil change in my car. Never had any issues. They also will let you know if anything else needs to be done or to keep an eye out for.

Everyone we dealt with were professional and friendly. They were able to fix the issues with our vehicle and work with the warranty company easily. Had our own vehicle back in less than a week.

I am very satisfied with the service I've received here at Mike Young. Setting up my appointment was easy and answered my questions. The day of my service I was greeted and they took note of my questions and requests which they performed and answered professionally. My last visit was for an oil change without tire rotation, I was very happy to see that they checked my tire pressure, balanced all 4 equaly, AND inflated them to my car's recommendations! So many times other places do not do this! It is even the little things that make me happy! Thank you!!!

We recently broke down travelling through town on a RV trip. We are from NY and our Transmission needed replaced after blowing up right in the middle of town. Knowing that we were stranded within hours they had diagnosed the transmission and had a replacement ordered. The level of service was the best I've ever experienced! Thank you to the whole team for saving us!

Needed some emergent repairs on my family vacation when all my tail lights shorted out! Their service department was amazing at dealing with the problems in a highly professional manner. Got it back same day, I wish my local dealership was this good!

Mike young from sales to service and parts is a solid business. I live 2 hours away and take my truck to them because Betten baker or Todd Wenzel can not figure out simple things like adding accessories or deleting chrome handles on a Denali. Mike young knew exactly how to handle it and had me in and out in a few hours. Mike Piper is a great salesman I’ve bought 2 trucks from them and I’m a Ford guy and because of the good service I will be soon looking at a Yukon for my wife.

salesperson and everyone else very professional took special time with us handlingseveral problems. salesman explained the enclave's features and options to me andmy wife and even came to our home to make sure he hadn't missed anything. we wouldseveral employees stayed past closing time to make sure everything was done correctlywe would definitely come back to Mike Young's and this salesma, and recommend bothin the future.

After second visit to Mike Young because of low tire pressure it was determined that something was wrong with the tire. Sure enough, a small (about an inch in length) piece of metal was removed and the tire patched and now tire is fine.

Do not tip on take out. Staff will order large take outs, with many extras, and substitutions. Will pay when pick up, and then order add ons after paying, they know cost more, trying to get them free. Causes the person who took the order to take time away from tables to put their take out together, making sure they have those extras, and sides, etc and they don't tip. I realize this has nothing to do with their services, but if they are okay with treating other customer service industries with disrespect while representing their business, then I will not give them mine.

Very disappointed in there service. All I needed was help getting the tail light shield off. I already purchased the bulb and had the screws out. All I needed was help to get the shield off. The service guy invited me to pull my vehicle in the garage. From there he watched me attempt to get the shield off, I still couldn't get it he offered no advice or assistance. Another customer walked in and he left me. I proceed to put the screws back in without getting the shield off and asked if he would open the door to let me back out. No help at all on the light.
