My Fiancé and I were up here, in Frankenmuth, traveling for Labor Day Weekend. While up here, my Fiancé's 2001 Pontiac Grand Am started overheating 10 minutes away from our Motel. We found out that the cause of the overheating was that the upper radiator hose broke while traveling to Frankenmuth. We decided to limp the vehicle to our motel and in the morning we stopped in at the O'Reilly Auto Parts Store. We were blessed to have Ryan and Josh working on the day that we stopped in. (09/02/2023). They were both VERY helpful. One of them even helped us use an extended clamp tool for the bottom part of the radiator hose. They were there every step of the way for us. My Fiancé and I are very young and inexperienced, but we were able to change the radiator hose without having to take it into an auto shop. However, we couldn't have done it without the help of Josh and Ryan. Thank you, guys!

They are great in here and the assistant manager that helped me resolve a battery issue went the extra mile. Their customer support team is what helps separate them from the other chain auto parts places.

Offered great advice and pulled up a diagram of the light shield on my brake light after being unable to remove it on my own. After their guidance I was able to get the shield off and replace the light bulb.

I walked in and greeted by two young gentlemen. They asked what they could to help me. I didn't get all of my Rey out, I am looking for adhesive, and the one young man held up a rear view mirror adhesive glue. I was shocked and asked, how did you know? We seen you pull up and figured you were coming in for that. I was so impressed! Nice young men, gave me advice on procedure and this experience is helping bring back what customer service should be. I didn't get their names, but these men need to be commended for their customer service and their superior friendliness. I will spread the word gentlemen and I will be back for my auto needs. God bless you both!!!!

On Friday afternoon while visiting St.Julian Winery I had a issue with my '05 Colorado, my truck basically died in there parking lot about 2pm. I had a very nice employee named Bradley come out and help me push my truck into a parking space to look at the issue, we found that the drive belt had broke and the tensioner was bad. He tried calling a repair in the area but they didn't offer any help. So Bradley out of kindess of heart repaired it for me.Its people like this that make me believe in the American people. I would like to thank Bradley very much for his help, god speed for you and the company.

Needed to purchase replacement parts for rear brakes for our sierra pickup. The pins and boots for the caliper bracket were sold separately. The guy sold us the wrong parts so 2 more trips back to the store. Ended up needing to work on the other side as well and they sold us the wrong caliper then proceeded to argue with us about the part. When we told him we wanted a refund and would take our business elsewhere, he tells us we'd have the same issue at another store. We went to Auto Zone and were in and out in no time. No hassles at Auto Zone. Stay away from O'Reilly
