I'm not sure what her name is but the woman that drew my blood was extremely nice and helpful. I had many complications, all of which was my fault and she could have just told me to reschedule but she didn't. She made it all very simple

Making appointment a nightmare. I follow all instructions and can't make appointment. When I get there they have all my information. Have to go and sit and wait. What a waste of time.

Theres no way to talk to someone until you get called back. I also had an issue with how slow they were and wait times. Maybe they are short staffed but they should adjust the check in process accordingly. I would not come back to this location.

Tiffany who drew my blood was very nice and made me feel very comfortable! I was in and out within ten minutes.

Staff at the office was great! Whatever courier service they use is terrible though. Two separate samples were mishandled and were unable to be tested. I would avoid using them.

This is the best Quest location I've ever been to. Although the wait times may vary depending on the time of day, the service and compassionate care you receive remains consistent. The workers here are pleasant, highly qualified, and exceptionally professional; they make getting your blood drawn a quick and painless experience.
