Ordered a chair from this company January 3, 2024. 7 weeks later and I have not received it. This company received payment for this item. After reading a few reviews on here, I believe it's time to get the Better Business Bureau involved.

I placed an order in November (a month ago), and never received my order. I have placed numerous phone calls and sent numerous emails to find out the status of my order. I have not received and response. Every time you call you get an operator who transfers you so you can leave a message. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM! Very poor customer service.

I ordered a night stand from them 3 months ago and haven’t received it yet. Tried calling them and it goes to an operator to leave a message. They never return my calls. Tried emailing them and they take weeks to reply with “its coming.”

Horrible service. Ordered Sept 13 charged and never received product. No response back from emails or left messages through voice operator. I will turn these folks over as a fraudulent business.

Edit: we did finally receive the chairs we ordered. They were packaged well, and were exactly what we wanted. I wish they would have arrived sooner, and that communication would have been better throughout the wait… but I give the seller credit in that we ultimately did receive what we ordered.We placed an order for two chairs last year. Reece took our money, but we have yet to receive our chairs. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

What a joke. I should have never placed an order with Reece Furniture.I have been trying to get a very basic update on my order (shipping time) over the past several days and cannot get anyone to respond. The only response I DID actually receive was a very vague email without the simple info I was looking for. When I do call the number, an operator answers and tells me to leave a message. I have done this many times and left plenty of messages! Also, the operator cannot do anything and tells me there is no other way to escalate. Ridiculous and terrible customer experience. Would rate lower than 1 star if I could.

Order from January. MIA. I am requesting a refund because I was charged when order was placed. I have called multiple times and only ever get a answering service, then a blanketed email. SUPER FRUSTRATED.

Placed an order through these guys and was quite pleased with the overall service I got. They can be hard to reach but once you get someone they take care of you. I'd do business with them again

So I purchase an item and it’s been three months they holding up money . I honestly don’t think this is even a legit company to purchase anything . They keep going back and forth about my shipment . They changed dates then finally when I open an case with PayPal they send me tracking details and now it’s over two weeks that tracking detail is never updated to any shipping or deliver date . And calls emails nothing is worth it . These people just okay you around by switching you to voice mails . And forget about the chat response and mails all they do is apologize but never really work on the problem . I wish I can give them 0 star . Now thanksgiving coming and I know for sure that they will be going on holidays so I finally escalate my probes to PayPal I don’t even want the item I just want my money back . Simple . The worse company ever to buy anything . Please don’t trust these people to buy anything at all . they are scam !

Terrible Customer Service. I placed an order in May and have not received it as of yet , we are in October!! I call once a week with no call backs. sent numerous emails with no response. I will be turning over to my attorney.

I ordered a bed frame back in early August and still have no idea when I will receive my order. I called 3 weeks ago and spoke with a man named Patrick and was told he would find out a date and call me back in a day or two, but that never happened. I have called and left voice mails, emails and now am trying their chat option but still no one has gotten back with me. At this point I completely regret my purchase with them and just want my money back. Terrible service and company.

This business will scam you. I was told 4-6 weeks to ship at the end of January beginning of February. Here we are in July and still nothing and no reasons. They’ll be very interactive in the beginning and eventually they’ll be completely unresponsive. This business has been reported to the BBB for scamming and I would recommend you steer clear of it.Edit:it’s now august 10th no email or information about what’s going on. He just keeps telling me later and later dates, this is his way of justifying stealing peoples money. DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

Real, on time, extremely friendly customer service. I ordered a mattress from them a week ago, today I received my mattress. At first, being a little worried due to the negative reviews others have left, I was very skeptical on ordering from them. Calling back to ask some questions they were very friendly and spoke to the manufacturer and holder of my mattress and gave me the exact date it would be shipped and the day I would be receiving it. Very helpful very nice people would definitely use them to order something again. Just like when ordering anything else patience and communication is key. I hope this helps someone trying to decide on using their service it went very well for me!

This company has collected money from a third party ( Affirm) for a furniture order that was cancelled. I do not have the furniture in my home but I continue to receive collection calls and now it’s affecting my credit. I ordered this furniture in February of this year and have called and sent emails on multiple occasions. A representative I spoke to verified they would send me a confirmation email for cancellation but it never happened. I’ve been going through this aggravating process for over 3 months and it’s unfair. I Will Never do business with this company!!! They are Scam Artist!!!!
