I have enjoyed shopping at White House while visiting Frankenmuth on several occasions. Love the selection, and everything is priced pretty fairly. Nice, cozy atmosphere, and friendly service, too! There are a couple comfy chairs on the porch for your hubby to relax in while you shop! ;) I also like how everything is packaged so nicely…there’s just something about walking out of a shop with a pretty bag!

Carol was very willing, instructive and helpful in teaching me how to knit a furreal throw on circular needles .I had purchased materials from this store a year ago and was tempted to give up. She took the time to visually demonstrate the correct technique, now I’m happily knitting. Thank you!

Very rude! My daughter and I went in to look around, both of the employees were rude. Si I told my daughter we could go find the sane junk from CHINA in a different shop, hopefully they will at least be nice! Sure enough that's what we did!! I wouldn't waste time going in to this place, you won't miss anything!

This store is the BEST! They have unique merchandise, a bright atmosphere, and a staff that are friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Make this store a MUST VISIT while at Frankenmuth. You won’t be disappointed!

I love this store and visit at least once a year, as I live a good distance away. My mother and I were in the store on October 24, 2022. The young girl that helped us was VERY VERY PLEASANT! I would have given 5 stars, but the older lady with thin straight hair was quite rude to both my mother and I. We made a nice size purchase and were rushed through our sale, as she was more concerned with the patron behind us. I don't know if I will return. I don't appreciate being treated like that.

I called to inquire about a particular Pandora bead this morning. The lady was so nice and attentive in spite of being very busy. This location is in Frankenmuth and it's a busy tourist town. When we walked in the door we were immediately greeted with a smiling face. Victoria was fabulous. She located the bead my daughter wanted to spend some of her Christmas money on. She up sold us by showing us another beautiful bead. We couldn't use our coupon there because it didn't qualify for the purchase we were making, but Victoria explained it so nicely. I really appreciate getting excellent customer service. We will be back more now

I was looking for something appropriate for my 41st high school reunion. I started at WHB and hit every apparel store on both sides of Main Street. WHB had the best options for me - not too old looking and not trying to look too young. The staff was always nearby, but left me alone to figure out what I really wanted. They also offered suggestion knowing in mind what I was looking for. The prices were very fair, quality very good and service excellent. Thank you White House Boutique for helping me choose the appropriate clothing to look chic, sexy and not 'trying too hard to look young' at my reunion!
