I stopped into a different UPS store with a different owner and was given false information and given poor customer service. When that happened I called the Frankenmuth store and their associate John went above and beyond my expectations. He fulfilled my order with integrity and amazing customer service. The owner was even present and pitched in to complete my order quickly.

I just returned two items I ordered from Amazon. John was the person who waited on me. He was very pleasant, upbeat, and kind. He helped me navigate my return with my phone, which I really appreciated. I am happy that he works at my favorite place to do business if I need to return Amazon items!

Fast service but, we need a little bit of more patience. We all have bad days. We all do…. Working with customers that need help. Please help Fix this. We love this store. Just be patient & more kind I’m referring to two gentlemen that work there! Owners are always kind.. 😊. I love the cards & service they provide!!!
