Today on 5/8/25 went to mail a card as I was walking to the door the girl locked it. It was not 5:00 p.m. yet and as I walked back to my vehicle
Several other vehicles pulled in. Ended up having to drive to Meijer in birchrun because I needed a stamp and they just decided to close early!

My experience at this Post Office was absolutely wonderful. Nicole was absolutely wonderful to work with very compassionate and I would highly recommend going to this Post Office.😊🎉

IF you sell Money Orders - YOU should have the funds to CA$H them & NOT tell your Customer to go to a larger Post Office like Saginaw. Ridiculous!! You exist to SERVE the Frankenmuth Community!! Unacceptable to not have funds to cash Postal Money Orders that customers have purchased. Do better!!!

Everyone at this location is fabulous except……Dean. Don’t ask a question, don’t have a problem and don’t speak….because if you do, Dean will annihilate you with his sarcastic tone, condescending words and complete lack of empathy.

Thankfully, I have not had to deal with the curmudgeon that everyone describes. (I believe the individual I have dealt with over and over again for quite a while now is Dean, and he is very good at what he does.) It does make me wonder if Muth got the grumpy old man that used to terrorize me at the Bridgeport Post Office years ago. I got sooo many lectures from this guy about services I didn't even use that I would get acid reflux just thinking about going to the post office. I once sent an email to one of my friends that posed the question: If you saw me in the back of a police car, what would you think. She responded that her first thought would be that I had finally gone postal at the Bridgeport post office. Much to my delight, the guy went away a long time ago, and I had hoped that he was retired, but maybe not. I would think that there are enough deserving individuals working for the postal service to replace the jerks. There is just no justification for rudeness & bad service.

I have never had good service here! The older gentleman that everyone else says is rude is definitely very rude with no customer service. They make it so hard to send a package. Every time I come in there they never try and make it easy they always have some snarky comment about what ever service you are trying to do. I will go out of my way to go to a different post office. Absolutely terrible service that old man must think he’s entitled.

There is an older man with glasses who is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Today I was in to mail some packages for my small business, one being international. I did not know the weight of the items in my international package and the older gentleman was so needlessly agressive with me for not knowing. I asked if they had a scale they could weigh it as that's what they always did previously. He told me they do have a scale but I needed to know the weight myself. He then made me go through and guess the weight of each item. I guessed 10oz total and that's what he wrote on my custom form. I check out and get my receipt and on the receipt it lists the actual weight of my package, it was 4.6oz. This man knew that my package weighed less than half of what he made me guess and still had no problem writing incorrect information on my custom form. This is so wrong and I seriously wonder how many packages don't make it through customs because he is okay with the custom forms having incorrect information.I spoke to the post master who was really nice. She did inform me that despite my previous experiences, they really aren't supposed to weigh your package there and you do need to have the weight on your custom form. This is totally fine with me and had I known sooner I would have bought a scale and now am planning on doing so. Regardless, there was no reason for him to be so agressive or make me guess the weight of my package without telling me the actual weight. All he had to tell me was that I need to fill that out in the future.

Older gentleman in dark blue collared shirt was rude to me.Told me to speak up repeatedly and laughed when I wasn’t speaking loud enough. (I’m on the spectrum so this is difficult for me sometimes)Wouldn’t bug me really, but then I ask to retrieve my package from the back, it’s my prescription glasses I need to be able to see and I’ve been without them for a week (whichI know is not your fault, just the matter at hand) and I watch him walk in the back, talk to a coworker about how annoying it is to look, then come up after 3 minutes and say it’s too hard to find.Granted I came in at 4:16 pm, still just really bad experience and bums me out, employees in Frankenmuth are usually a fun experience for me.
