I've watched this one go downhill fast since the old manager left. I own a business, and I was strictly going through Adam for the longest time before he left. My new business representative was very kind and helped me a multitude of times. I went in there a few times after requesting her just to find out that she had left and the other representatives were condescending, and the lady couldn't stop throwing swear words around. Very unprofessional. The last time I will ever go to the store was because of the young man who had no idea what he was doing was trying to make a sale off of MY business account. It's unfortunate that the only other places to go to are Saginaw and the other location in Essexville, which are just as incompetent.

I am absolutely disgusted with this place. The associat was completely incompetent. We spent a total of 7 hours 2 separate days to get new phones and them activated. The manager was contacted several times for help as well as verizon themselves. We then receive our bill that has increased over $500 a month.Yes you are reading this correctly. DO NOT GO HERE!!! You will regret it. We were so lied to and deceived. I did however have one associat helping me(Jocelyn )that was pretty great. She attempted to fix what a mess the other guy made. I am absolutely floored they can accept this level of incompetencen while having a direct line to people's finances. This is partially my fault. We had a couple others customers come into complain while we were there and I still trusted them. I had a strong feeling we would be the next unhappy customer. I like to give people the benefits of doubt so I let the guy continue. By the time our phones could finally be activated I was so peeved off I just needed to leave. My patience and kindness had been exhausted. BEWARE AND TRUST NOTHING THEY TELL YOU!!! You will be absolutely scammed. I will be filing a formal complaint with Verizon itself. They should not be allowed to lie and operate this way.

Place is an absolute joke, Made the wise decision and switched carriers, went in after canceled to get a copy of my last 3 months bills, was told by the degenerates, " our printer isn't working right now and we are un able to print receipts anyways" at that exact point another customer walks in and the other associate printed off their receipt NO PROBLEM. Don't lie to people. I'm letting EVERYONE I know of the crooked behaviors of this company and pushing all to switch. Just cause someone isn't an active member of your service doesn't mean you can't print them off a previous receipt from a bill they ALREADY paid. Remember you had no problem TAKING my money. Let alone lie to me that your printer isn't working to have an associate next station over PRINT documents for their customer. I hope this company gets shut down.

Adam was helpful and efficient handling a large influx of customers single-handedly. He go my data transferred over and my new phone set up without issue. I was also happy to find all the accessories I needed for my new phone.

I’ve came to this Verizon Lee seven times I talked to two different people that say they do accept cash payments twice I came in and dealt with Elise and she refuses to take cash says it is their policy

Spent 2 and a half hours trying to replace my phone. Don't think either associate was very knowledgeable. They have little phones in stock and definitely no accessories. I am still waiting on the phone case.
