Went to zenders to eat dinner with my kids for my son's birthday. First off they have changed the birthday system , said I needed a separate card for my adult handicapped son, I've been going there for his and all our birthdays for the last 35 years. I even had my wedding rehearsal dinner there. Quite disappointed with food , and the birthday club changes. . Definitely atly going to Bavarian inn from now on.

Very expensive for what you get. The food is good but not outstanding and the chicken was a little dry. $26 for two small chicken legs a scoop of potatoes and a small Ceasers salad ?

We ate in the restaurant last time through Frankenmuth, so decided to go a little low key this trip. The food was good and the folks on the line very friendly (the gentleman who made our salad was completely enthralled that we were from ... Los Angeles), but this is some pricey hot table food. This food was $36! If we're ever in the 'Muth again, we'll seek out a more affordable option.

The whole process is kind of confused by as far as getting the food goes. I would go here over zhenders for about 70 percent of the cost. Still expensive. Portions not really big, especially the chicken. They cut the chicken into cubed. You really don't get full pieces of chicken. Ambiance is ok, nothing special. If you're looking to try frankenmuth chicken in a pinch, this might be your place. I would give it 2.5 stars if I could.

Quick line on a busy festive Friday Christmas shopping. Cole slaw and bread/roll were so good. Tender chicken in gravy (over noodles). Pricey sides but worth it as I took half of everything home. I wish they could "dim the lights" in the dining area.

Chicken could have been better still good. I think because it sits under a lamp it loses it's moistness. Carrots and stuffing were amazing!Wish they would give you the option of having the buffet or regular meal. That was disappointing. Only Sunday is the buffet.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible by a ramp and elevator.

Not good. So glad we opted for Z cafe instead of Zender's because it's same food in smaller quantities. Chicken dry and lacking flavor. Dressing was good.

We eat here whenever we visit Frankenmuth exclusively. The food is amazing. The staff is polite but swamped. They have several stores and a bakery next door so you can slip right into shopping after a meal. We I have 8 and 12 year old daughters and it cost $91 for a family of 4 to eat. Extremely expensive considering you don’t have anyone waiting on you. My suggestion would be get more value from the experience. Maybe more greetings when you arrive or leave. Something to tie in being a patron. They do have wonderful programs for member rewards so check that out.

Cafeteria style with great food. Want to grab a bite of zenders without the Hassel of reservations? Come downstairs and enjoy it in the zcafe. Staff was super Lind and helpful. Only had to wait 3 minutes to be sat on a busy Sunday afternoon.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of tables to roll up to. Elevator available to get you downstairs too.

Food was amazing but it was cafeteria style so really no service, the food was awesome so it makes up for it. Pasta salad was the best I've ever had.
