Our room was perfect! We got one right off the Waterpark, with a reserved table poolside, which comes with a t.v. great for keeping up with football. We had our own concierge, who helped us set up our dinner reservation. There are so many areas to have fun with the littles and bigger kids too. Location is great. Right next to Bronners and five mins from Zenders and Bavarian Inn Restaurant's and River Place shops. Highly recommend ?

Rooms: The rooms were very clean!
Food and drinks: The food and drinks were very good. A little pricey, but overall, it's not too bad!
Noteworthy details: The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Security was very helpful and responded quickly to helping find my missing granddaughter.

Have been here a few times now. Has always been exceptional service and a great time. This time unfortunately my son had allergy issues of course being a rural area it made it more complicated. Briana Childers was amazing searching and calling to try and find something to help. Even though her attempts were in vain having someone trying everything she could means the world . Thank you again!

The Halloween weekend activities really added a lot of fun to our stay - a nice surprise as we hadn’t been expecting the Halloween events. The staff here are great - waitstaff at Elf Cafe, especially, but everyone . The team who set up and participated in the trick or treating were so fun and nice. The face painter was very talented. #ZFun #buzzybooth

For what we paid, cold showers and very slow drain in the shower did not give us the same experience as our first visit.

We've stayed here many times but this time we were disappointed. The water for the shower was cold and the drains were clogged and wouldn't drain. When we checked in, our room smelled like marijuana really strong. At the front desk, we reported these things when we checked out but the service rep said we should have reported everything the day prior.

Great times at this water park been many times with family always enjoyed it the rooms are nice and cozy and the staff are great I’m too old now most likely but if I where in the area I’d come back!

Love the newly renovated room! The room service food is soooo good! Bar drinks were good in the water park area. The service is top notch! ? The water park and pools were clean. We really like the tower pool. Walking the Bronner's Christmas lights at night was a real treat and an added bonus! ❤️?

Amazing place to take the family. Super organized and well guarded so you can let the children roam freely. Lifeguards at every angle. The water slides are rediculously huge, yet plenty of water activities for the tiny ones and everyone in between. Love it! Let me not forget to mention the pizza is also great. Same price as Chuck E Cheese pizza but tastes a lot fresher and the slices match lol. Much love!
