“Nice park on the river with parking. There is a ramp to the river but it’s very steep and wouldn’t do for many boat trailers but it’s great for canoes and kayaks. The deck/dock is too high above river level to help with canoe/kayak launches but it looks great for casual fishing. There is a pit toilet in the parking lot.”

“I can’t say enough good things about CrossFit Dunes! I went several times while on vacation to the group CrossFit classes, and it was my first time doing it. At home I do HIIT, so this definitely had some similarities I was familiar with, but it has its own flavor.
I was initially intimidated to go because I think there’s a misconception about the CrossFit community — that it’s bro-y, or crazy hard, or unwelcoming — but it’s not. The owner, Chad, the coach, Joe, and the members who were there couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. 10/10 stars, an excellent addition to this beautiful beach town.”
