They really take their time to hear your concerns and explain their services/policies. No surprise charges. And they're good at keeping you updated on your car's status while it's being worked on.”

The gentlemen on the phone (Jason or James?) was extremely helpful, while other shops I called were clearly bothered by all my questions. He answered every one of my questions in detail. They ran there own diagnostic on it and found out there’s nothing wrong with my trans I have some kind of electrical issue. I paid them the 125.00 for diagnostic on my car and they are taking it down the street to another shop that can fix the electrical issue. Thank you USA trans for saving me unneeded money !”

“Franklin is the go-to for servicing an out-of-warranty vehicle. They are very professional with clean estimates and no b.s. It's hard to find good service in this day and age, but these guys offer it in spades. (I think they must also be the candy & gum shop of choice for the town's kids because their counter selection is incredible! ?)”
