I’m fully aware that nobody enjoys a Post Office experience so I wrote off the negative reviews as part of that. My mistake.
Showed up today at 11:50am and there’s a sign on the door saying “closed for lunch, back at 1:15”. That’s an hour and a half lunch? I get people need to eat, but an hour and a half starting before noon is crazy.
Either staff this place with more than one person and stagger their lunches, or state clearly on the website and Google that the office is closed 11:50-1:15. But seeing it’s “open” online and then getting there only to have it be closed is really rude. I watched several people with packages walk up and then turn away disappointed just like me. Awful experience.

Recently, the service has become much better. I sent a package to New York today. We were served quickly, politely and professionally.

Sign posted saying “gone for lunch break, be back in an hour” at 2:30. Waited until 3 before I called it quits and left. I would not consider this lunch time tbh. About 6 people came and went in that time.

Just stopped by and they were closed, before the time that was supposed to be. They were there, I knocked and nothing.

rude front desk and would not let me borrow the tiniest piece of small tape because the corner of my package was not sticking and wanted me to buy tape for $4

Old lady at the front desk is probably the rudest woman I ever had the misfortune of dealing with doesn't even let me talk before trying to interrupt me saying "this is not your post office". Then she gets irate when you talk over her. Please retire her ASAP and Hire a new person who isn't rude and cares about their jobs

I noticed previous reviews about the clerk at that time. Just wanted to say the young man working there now has always been professional and pleasant. I don't know his name, but I usually stop in during the week in the afternoon.

Toni is an absolute nightmare!!! EXTREMELY RUDE AND NO MANNERS. Me and other women were commenting in a circle outside the post office. She refused to give me any information about overnighting a package on a Sunday. I needed confirmation- do you , or do you not want your job, or care about being a human being? Apparently not!

The new female staff member never wants to lift a finger and does as little as possible, and has been rude to me on multiple occasions despite my polite demeanor and simply wanting a receipt for the package I’m dropping off. She refuses to take things handed to her and will instruct you to walk outside the building, I guess she’s incapable of being handed an envelope but works in a post office?

Worst interaction I’ve had with a service worker ever. Came in asked a question and while explaining my situation the clerk said “I don’t care” as I was talking. That level of disrespect is actually insane. Fire her literally such a miserable weirdo!!! Not my fault you don’t like your life or your job.
