I needed to return an item that I put in my car's trunk and just forgot about it. I finally brought in my return; four months later. They still accepted it.”

“Today I visited the old navy store with my son, to pick up a few uniforms for school. The person that helped me was so kind, she helped me find pants to shirts for him.While in the store he asked her if a mario brothers bookbag was free and she kindly replied no it's $13. He looked at that bookbag and I knew he wanted it but I couldn't buy it today. To my surprise, when I checked out the cashier stated, I have something for you at the end of the counter. The lady that helped me had purchased to bookbag for him. I almost started crying in the store.
Thank you for the kindness you showed my little one, we will never forget what you did today. Old Navy you now have a regular costumer. I will return back to buy that sweet lady lunch!!

“I had such a wonderful experience at Bridal Couture when I picked out my dress for my Oct 2021 wedding. Nan and Amy made me feel welcome and special, and I never felt they were pushy or salesy—they wanted me to find the right dress for me, no matter whether I bought from them or another shop. Happily, I did find my dream dress at Bridal Couture, and the fittings process was thorough and easy, and the seamstress was lovely and great at her job as well. Thanks to Amy and Nan for making this an experience that met every expectation and dream I had about finding my wedding dress!”

“My favorite store to shop and look around. Always neat and most of the staff is nice.There is an older lady that has been working there for a while, mainly in beauty dept with curly short light brown/blonde hair and glasses who is extremely rude and always has an attitude. On several occasions, I’ve had her follow me and has been vocal about customers getting in her way while I was browsing, and not even touching any product. Finally, I confronted her about her comment and asked if I was bothering her. She did not even apologize and instead deflected that she was just venting that customers are messing up her section. Lady, if you are unhappy with your place of employment or what you do, please do not take it out on customers who are helping keeping the business open and you employed. Nonetheless, I chose to rate 4 stars for the shopping experience (minus 1 for rude beauty dept employee) and I will still continue to shop because I enjoy the variety of items they have and good prices.”

“The name of this boutique is true! I needed a White outfit for a White party and it was getting close to the event, less than a week! A FB friend referred me after I complimented an outfit she was wearing. I arrived and told Fatima what I needed, she showed me a few White outfits but she pulled out a dress last. I don't wear dresses but she encouraged me to try it on and it was really nice looking and sooo comfortable. I'm so glad I went, her store is just fabulous! This is definitely the place for an original dress, suit, pants, jeans, shoes, accessories plus shapewear and hosiery. Go go go!!”

“I Love this store. The Owner and Staff is awesome. They are professional, courteous and friendly. My friends and I have been shopping here for years. She always has very unique items in the store. Always greet you with a smile and willing to assist you. I have bought many items (clothes, jewelry, purses, shoes, boots, hats, gloves, mask, keychains, shawls etc.) for family, friends. co-workers and myself. Everyone absolutely love their gifts. Twice I was in the store with some personal health issues. The owner asked me what happened. I shared with her and she immediately laid hands on me and prayed for me on both occasions. I never been in a store where the owner or staff took the time to do this. I was emotionally overwhelmed and thanked her for caring. I love the Owner and staff and consider them my shopping family. “Caruso Caruso is one of my favorite stores! I no longer live in Detroit, but always try to make it a point to visit the store when I am home to see what new styles they have stocked (which happens so frequently!!!). They have the BEST selection of "Detroit" merch and it's my go to place for gifts! The Caruso team is NEXT LEVEL - they are so friendly and helpful! I had an issue with an item I ordered for delivery earlier this year and Lennon, Ida, and team worked so swiftly to help fix it. I will be a loyal customer FOREVER!! Thank you, Caruso Caruso for simply being THE BEST!!!”

“I was looking for an outfit for a Diwali party. I found a great dress but also had an enjoyable visit and gained a lot of knowledge about appropriate clothes for Diwali and the upcoming wedding I'm invited to. Patient and knowledgeable staff. Wide selection of styles, colors, and sizes (surprising for such a tiny shop). A few days later I brought in my very dubious husband; he found several outfits he liked (and bought two!). Good prices (as far as I can tell from comparisons online) and they do alterations! What's not to like?”
“I’ve been shopping with Swank for a little over a year now and I love their merchandise. It’s always beautiful and if I buy for an event, I don’t see a bunch of people wearing what I’m wearing and how I’m wearing it. I’ve only had 1 hiccup were something didn’t fit right and I blame me more than them because I gained weight and miscalculated the stretchy-ness of a pair of jeans. My only real complaints are that, everything sells out so fast & takes a while to restock. Also, for me shipping has started to take such a long time, especially if you do a large order or shop during a big sale. In the beginning I would place an order that morning and by that evening I would get a notification that my stuff had shipped and it would be at my door by day 3. Now, so many are ordering their products, they get bogged down. Great for Swank, a nightmare for me because I’ve purchased for events before and didn’t get stuff on time, those are my only reason for taking away a ⭐️ . But whenever I do get it everything is always so nice, that I still be happy!!? ”
