I have directed a number of folks to Fastenal's Blue Lane Freight service as a cost effective alternative for ltl ground shipping. This was my first time at the Fraser, Michigan location but the service there was very good just like in Livonia, Michigan. Thanks guys

You sell bolts but we’re unwilling to help. I called to try and place an order and was told you are closed to the public. After driving 45 min because your website claims you were open, your employees were unwilling to even try to help. I simply needed a 15 M12-1.5 bolts. It wasn’t that they are out of stock, as you were unwilling to even look. If that’s the case, you should be closed completely because of this pandemic. Highly disappointed with this location.

Just went to this place after dealing with Motor City Fasteners worst posible customer service in the industry! Came into this Fastenal and was in and out with exactly what I needed in 5 minutes. A++
