Can’t say enough good things about this business. After getting into an accident State Farm recommended this shop, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. It was a long headache for James and crew, but they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I’d recommend friends and family here. There were lots of bumps along the road, with backordered parts, and rental issues, but James made sure he communicated every step of the way. Thanks guys!

9 This place was not only fast but very well thorough and did a fantastic job on the work. The customer service was very friendly and informative when it came to the findings and repairs of my vehicle. But my favorite thing about them is their tracking system! Which sends almost daily updates on the progress of your vehicle repairs from start to finish and time for pick up. They even fixed some sloppy work that was created by a completely different company. Honestly, the only flaw of this experience was that they forgot to call me to bring my car in after they received the parts. I had to call them first and from my understanding they had the parts a week prior and scheduled me to drop it off but never called to let me know that. I would recommend this location for sure! If they say they are going to order parts first I would probably follow up after about a week to see if they are ready for you to bring in the vehicle. Other than that everything else was the way your repairs are supposed to be to go! I would only bring my vehicle to them if any repairs are needed again!

Good communication. James was a very nice guy to deal with. I have state farm auto insurance and this shop is integrated into their system. The entire process was seamless for me with the state farm app and the professionalism from Fraser Auto Body

Absolutely delighted with the service I received. Brought in my 2022 Camry Hybrid for repairs and the results were outstanding. The car looks as good as new. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive throughout the entire process, from dropping off the car and receiving an estimate to pre-ordering parts and expediting the repair to ensure a swift return of my vehicle. Their communication was excellent, keeping me updated via phone while they had the car. I couldn't have asked for a better experience

I took my 2019 Hyundai to Fraser Auto Body and they were kind and respectful and very helpful the entire time it was with them. I was nervous about the damage that was done when I was an accident this year but they did a flawless job on replacing the parts needed and matching paint as needed.
