Bad Neighbor, Went to Juan Blanco's then to Dairy Queen for Ice Cream. Which we thought we could park in the lot of DairyQueen. WRONG. The owner of Fraser Bike shop has a racket with a tow company that if you go to the restaurant first, he has your car towed at the cost of $295 dollars. Even with a receipt from Dairy Queen showing we were patrons of the plaza he refused to reimburse the tow. Would not patron this establishment. Even took place after hours of Bike shop being closed. He watches on his camera's and as soon as you leave your vehicle he is on the phone with the tow company. Avoid at all cost.

Detroit's go-to shop for casual to serious cyclists. Taylor is top notch and can guide you through any products pros and cons. This doesn't matter if it's a $15 water bottle to a $15,000 bicycle every question will be answered and the final decision is up to you.Serious cyclists only -->I highly recommend having them set you up to get fitted before even considering which bike you'd like. The knowledge you gain just going through that setup is worth its weight in gold.Taylor will walk you through the process and explain every detail and measurement. Why it's important, where the targets are and why they need to be in particular ranges. He'll match this to your body mechanics now so you can select a bike that is set up well for you now but also works for you in the future as you improve and maybe even change your body. The small investment in time and money will save you thousands in the long run and knock off serious times when racing.10/10 Small Business

Parked here to get picked up by a friend, DID NOT go to Juan Blancos as sign directed and got our car towed. Very unforgiving even while parking lot is empty

This bike shop has terrible service and terrible prices. Go somewhere else if you don't want to pay 20 percent or more than you would elsewhere. Customer service also sub par. Buyer Beware!!

This place is great. Steve is awesome. I’ve had some fairly poor experiences at other bike shops, which kind of made it hard to trust another local place.. but FB is as solid as they come. 11/10 recommended. Service, sales, professionalism, communication are all A+

Outstanding service and experience! Have been coming here for years and recently took my father-in-law's 10+ year old bike in to see if anything could be done to the wobbly wheel and he was about to scrap the bike. The team at Fraser did a full inspection and tune-up and noticed that the wobbly wheel was caused by a broken ankle and needed a new wheel. My father-in-law took the bike out for a spin and said it felt brand new. Thanks for the excellent service!

If you value being treated with respect, I would suggest you find elsewhere to buy a bicycle. This afternoon I made a call into Fraser bicycle, and spoke with somebody name Mike, I explain to him I had a folding bicycle that needed service and possibly parts he said to bring it in and said they were running about three weeks out on repairs. When I arrived at the service counter there was a very rude old man with a gray beard pouring with sarcasm and treating me like I was stupid. Pointing at the brand of my bike and repeating the name loudly when I asked why he was talking to me that way he raised his voice at me and said "I don't have an account with that company you gotta order the parts!!!" As though I'm aware of these sorts of things -- I don't work a bike counter sir, you do. Unbeknownst to him I was also in the store to purchase a new fitness bike for myself with a budget of between $3000 - $4000 -- I told him that he'd lost the sale because I would never spend a dime with a business that treated people so poorly, I told the surly old man he was a prick and left. TL;DR - Old guy there behaves like a disrespectful bully, cost store large sale.
