About Fraser Engines And Transmissions
Fraser Engines and Transmissions specializes in remanufactured engines for Ford, GM, and Chrysler vehicles, offering a wide range of reliable engine options. Their skilled technicians rebuild engines to OEM specifications, ensuring optimal performance and longevity. They also provide expertise in transmission rebuilding, utilizing advanced techniques and high-quality materials.
Customers have praised Fraser Engines for their quick and responsive service, particularly in providing timely quotes and answers to inquiries. One customer noted a quote received "like shot from a rocket," highlighting the company's efficiency. Another mentioned an amazing service experience after inquiring about a transmission late in the evening and receiving a prompt response by morning.
However, some customers have pointed out issues with shipping, stating that the shippers used by Fraser need improvement. There were delays in core pickups that caused frustration. Additionally, while some customers found the staff helpful, one reported a negative experience when seeking information about pricing, feeling lectured rather than assisted.
Overall, Fraser Engines and Transmissions is recognized for their expertise and quality work, but improvements in communication and shipping reliability would enhance the customer experience further.
