Clean, fun, friendly instructors and participants. Jazzercise Fraser is like a family, where everyone is welcome, encouraged and cheered on. For all fitness levels from beginner to advanced, and the moves can easily be adjusted if you have injuries or specific problem areas. You can workout in studio, or in the comfort of your home through online streaming. I have been attending for 17 years, and have never looked for another exercise program since day one. You get dance, strength, stretch, cardio and muscle toning in every class, and the routines are changed regularly to keep your muscles working.

I joined Fraser Jazzercise 2 years ago and still workout 3-5 times a week. I finally found a workout routine I love! All the instructors have their own style of teaching and all make it fun!

I started Jazzercising at this studio almost 7 years ago. I tried other programs, but this is the first one I was able to stick with long term. It is a terrific workout including cardio and strength training. It has helped me lose some weight and get stronger. I have made some wonderful friends here that have been a great support system in and out of the studio. I highly recommend it!

This place is fun and friendly! Everyone there is super nice, welcoming, and motivating. There are different types of classes offered and modifications are demonstrated as well. Equipment is also provided. Just bring your workout shoes and water, and you’re ready for a dance party! :)

If you’re like me and struggled to find a workout that you love and stick with, then you must not have tried Jazzercise yet. The Fraser location is the most welcoming, inviting, positive, friendly place to be. Classes are FUN and challenging with amazing instructors that will show options for all fitness levels. Cannot say enough good things about this place!

This place is awesome. The workouts are upbeat and fun. Instructors take the time to show you the moves, cue verbally and make sure you don’t injure yourself. Great atmosphere.

This is a great way to exercise, it allows you to do it at your own pace & the instructors show you how you can modify a routine if you are unable to do certain movements. Awesome instructors & lots of time slots to accommodate in studio or online.

This is the most fun you can have while working out! Since 1997 I’ve made may friends that I now call family. And…this isn’t your grandma’s workout - NO WAY! I started to Jazzercise last January. I do it through the Band App. Works out wonderfully. I have several classes to choose from each day! They encourage me from the studio to my house! Love all the ladies.

Definitely a fun place to break a sweat. I work out regularly at the gym and thought this was going to be no big deal but it definitely kicked my butt! I Was grateful for the instructor having alternative moves, so I could keep going!
