“Birmingham Jewelry made a custom ring for me based on a design my wife liked and wanted to have. The original was made out of silver and other stones and we wanted to have it done in gold and diamonds. The final product was excellent! The project was to last six weeks and they did it on time and even included a welcome upgrade. If I had to say something I didn't like, and this is my own thing but I like a little more communication on what's happening when I'm spending a significant amount of money. It would have been nice to see the process of how the final product came to be or get status updates along the way but that's nothing something they offer and so it isn't something I hold against them. All in all, very satisfied and we have found our new local jewelers to help with our needs. Thank you for creating our masterpiece and I'll see you soon since we've got to get that necklace repaired ?”

I took my wedding ring in to get some work done (loose diamonds, cracked band and needed rhodium) and I had lost all hope because so many places had turned me down. However, on my most recent visit i was told they do not deal with anything related to car audio. Even though i had my original receipts and dated bench test form results showing the items to be in good working order.
i will continue to do business here, but i can't hide my disappointment over my most recent attempted transaction.”

Nick sold me a beautiful engagement ring for my girlfriend and gave me a killer deal on it, he also helped me out by giving me a steal on a 14k solid gold Cuban link chain, since another jeweler had ripped me off on the one I was wearing when I walked into his store. I loved that they have a doorbell, I went to 6 other jewelry locations in the area and the employees were in the back so they didn’t see me standing outside the door.
