Canceled then refused deposit, gave sorry someone quit, sent new guys claiming 10 year veterans looks like 10 year old kids did it, smh save your money they didnt do half the thing they said, the shot a quick prime coat went to taco bell came back put a topcoat on and left, tub feels like sand paper, i paid to have old glaze removed they missed the most important spot, the caulking is ridiculous silicone finger prints all over, never wetsanded or polished guy tried to get out of it the moment he came said “he was that good ge could have it %98/99 perfect and wouldn’t need to come back, that was whole reason i chose this company, came back the next day for about an hour and just caulked it like a kid and left took 3 days off work for this and the wanted me to take more of so can come back and fix, thats what he did, what are they coming back to do? No refund and only option i was given was for the same joker to come back, smh lots of better cheaper places out there

Just a warning to all customers of Miraclel Method. Thes franchise are owned and if they retire, sell, quit or whatever, your guarantee is no longer good. I have a peeling bathtub done over two years ago and nobody will repair it unless i PAY AGAIN. This is from Corporate. Just a warning. Warranty says five years, but I guess you have to read the VERY FINE PRINT.

Outstanding job on my resurfacing and glazing on a 20 plus yr old tub. Jackson the technician came and did most of the work in a day. The second day was a touch up to make sure everything was ok. Great guy and will recommend to anyone who needs work done.5 star.

Do not use Miracle Method!!! The product doesn’t last. They say that branch is no longer in business their warranty is bullshit. Read the reviews and don’t make the same mistake so many others have made!! It’s cheaper to get a new tub!

Everyone I dealt with was professional. Salesman was not high pressure. People in the office got everything setup quickly and the installer got it done without any issues. Work was good and prices are fair. Used them for my countertops and I am happy with how everything came out. Would use them again and plan to for my tub.

Great experience with this company. I had my cast iron tub refinished. Parts of the tub started peeling, they came back out to perform warranty service twice. To me that says a lot. They stand behind their work and will fix it if any issues arise.

Run, don't walk, far away from this company. They scheduled and didn't show up, rescheduled and canceled again and again. I heard every excuse from sick employees to employees on vacation to employees quit and it went on and on and on. I was offered compensation for which I didn't receive and in addition they withheld a portion of my deposit when I finally gave up and canceled the job that they were incapable of scheduling.

We hired Miracle Method to refinish our tub in March of 2021. Our local handyman encouraged me to find a company that removes the drain for any refinish work. I specifically asked the technician if the drain should be removed to ensure a good paint coating and they refused. A year later in 2022, it was already peeling at the drain. A technician was sent to "touch up" the tub. He used a putty knife to scrape the peeling coating and then slopped on new coating without masking the drain. It was all over the chrome drain piece. They sent someone back out to clean up the poor workmanship. I just noticed last night that it's peeling again. A 5 year warranty is meaningless if they need to fix poor work every year. Find a company that will pull the drain to refinish your tub.

Incredibly poor service. The first technician left the job a mess, the second technician came out multiple times to repaint, canceled multiple times, showed unannounced and left the job like the photo attached with drip lines everywhere and charged my credit card. Hopefully I can get in touch with the office to rectify, but at this point for the price paid and inconvenience of repeatedly having to nag to get them back out you would expect a highly discounted service.

Just had a great after the sale experienceIt had been a year since we had our tub, tile and floor redone. There were a few spots that needed to be touched up. When I called Tina was very helpful. The technician Brian was very courteous and efficient. Miracle Method stood by their warranty 100%.

After getting estimates on replacement counters, my handyman told me about the refinish process. I contacted Miracle Method. Josh drove a long distance in poor weather to do an incredible job. Josh was knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to. He went out of his way to send pictures & a video when I could not be there. I would suggest contacting Tina and Justin at Miracle Method to see if this could work for you. The gray counter pictures attached are the before. Big difference!

I wanted to like Miracle Method but I've struggled with both quality and responsiveness. They refinished my tub in March 2022 and it looked GREAT after it was done. Within the first month though the paint around the drain started to peel off. I contacted Miracle Method and they responded and sent a technician to fix the issue (which is why I didn't give this a one-star), but about two month later it started to peel again (same spot). I contact them multiple times to fix it but never heard back, so I decided to live with it (covered the drain with a hair-catcher that covered the peeling spot). Over the last few years more peeling has occurred in multiple places around the tub. I've had tubs refinished before from other companies without these sort of issues. Eventually I'll be looking for someone else to try and fix it back up again....

Shout out to Gabe, Kevin and Brian. Went from an old yellow tub to a beautiful white. We gave them a challenge, of problems and frustration and they battled till they succeeded. Our tub looks so good. Customer service was amazing with Tina and the crew. Can't thank you enough for your persistence and understanding. We will definitely be showing off your work!
