The local Tuffy Dealer was great. Thanks Aaron and Dan. Mavis is the problem. They provide an $80 coupon but you'll never collect because they can''t read your receipt. Local folks care but the corporate parent doesn't care at all. Local Tuffy is great but don't expect anything from the Mavis parent company.”

“Well, apparently it's under new management, which I didn't know. But since I found that out, I'll let that be known. Joseph was so friendly, so kind, and just amazing, both as a human and as a service provider. Since I literally live about a block away, I will be coming here all the time for service, primarily because of my interaction with Joseph. Not to mention, he is the only person who has ever shown me my filter and explained why my oil changes cost more or to see that it's new. No one has ever done that in the two years that I've had this vehicle. That's at least seven times I have changed the oil (over three months a few times).”

“First off, I’d like to say that this location has always been the most kind bunch of people ever and I’d appreciate all of them so much.
I ended up buying a new car last year and this was my second oil change. I couldn’t get a chance to get it to the dealership for their services and I didn’t want to wait a day for it to get done or however long it was for me. I ended up going to Uncle Ed’s for my oil change. Automatically, I was greeted and pulled in immediately to get everything started.
Terrance(the manager) was so chill and so nice and we had good conversation and laid everything out and how much it’ll be. There was a deal for a oil cleaner and a gas cleanser going on and I automatically said yes(new car, had fuel injectors cleaned on this thing once before..never want it to happen again.) so I figured I’d do it. Destiny, the other tech is so sweet and she and Terrance did everything for me.
I needed my cabin air filter and my normal air filter replaced. I thought my car was gonna be an easy “pop out glove compartment, maybe a few screws” situation but NOPE. They basically had to pull everything apart to get to it. Mind you, it’s hot af outside and everyone’s sweating and it’s a god awful humid day out, both of them fought with everything for a good minute to get everything to access my cabin air filter. I kept apologizing because I didn’t realize how much work it truly was, and they were so understanding and kept telling me it’s okay.
Destiny and Terrance, if you see this you have no idea how much I appreciate you guys. Thank you for being so sweet and understanding towards me, and thank you Destiny for fixing me back up again. You guys were struggling and you kept fighting. The dealership I went to was a little bit cheaper in the oil change price, but they lost my business. I will be coming here from now on to get everything they can do done. They’re honest and wonderful individuals, and I will gladly pay a little bit more because of what they did for me today.”

“Just got my brakes and rotors done here And I also got a full synthetic oil change, a couple of guys help me out They are fantastic. They did in the timely manner. They had a really nice waiting room for me to sit in offered me water. And they were a four minute walk from a place called chickpea restaurant that was really good and my car sounds amazing. I had a lot of people recommend them. I also had a girl that stopped in for an oil change. It’s been with them three times now. She has been really happy with them too, and I would really recommend them over and over again. This is the only place I’m gonna go to do my oil changes and my tires because that was also the cheapest oil change I’ve gotten in a really long time everywhere else has been well over 100 and that was really affordable”

“This is the best place to get your oil changed, and they are fast and friendly and check the air in your tires and all your fluids and I even had a problem with my windshield washer spray working and he lift the hood and fixed it for me in five minutes and I’m so grateful I can see out a clean window again. For the guy who used to work with such “complicated” issues like grammar or literature, all technical problems and auto technology sound like a “cosmic” mistery…
And suddenly comes the moment that you have to get someone, who will resolve a mechanical problem with your car…
If you run into bad people and they recognize your ignorance, they will feel free to manipulate you and cheat on you (such common these days)!
Then the most important thing is to find someone trustworthy and honest, someone who will do it for you the same way - no difference - the big genius or ignorant you are…
And I found such place! Classic Automotive Repair in Sterling Heights!!!
All those guys - in customer service - Gus and Steve, all their mechanics - are like from exemplary, excellent book story.
They are very knowledgeable, but considerate, tactful, modest and very professional and friendly at the same time!
They create the atmosphere like you are among friends or family members. They explain to you all meander around your vehicle in the way that everyone can understand! There is no even one second that you could think that they want just get money from you and make business on your misfortune!
All those guys are presenting the highest skills in aspects of professional knowledge and also difficult dealing with disoriented individuals like me! Their honesty was many times evaluated and confirmed many, many times!
It’s not a coincidence that they are in business 36 years!

“Last week I replaced one of my ignition coil and when I tried to bolt it down, it snapped. So in a failed attempt to get it out using easy out, I needed to have a shop do it. I had just received a new job and needed it repaired quickly. Greatwater 360 not only took care of me quickly and without an appointment. But didn’t charge me for it!!! I was so shocked and relieved! I’m literally starting over an to have extra expenses right now wasn’t great. I’m not writing to say go get free work done. I’m writing to express how their integrity and compassion makes them a great auto care shop. So many take advantage of people, especially women. Upcharges and attitude are plenty. But to be shown kindness so rare, I had to write a review. They have a customer in me and referrals. Just based on their integrity alone. Thank you again!”
