“I moved to the area recently and wanted to not deal with navigating a giant home improvement store and I like quality paint, so spotted this store of off 94 headed west on my way home. Immediately I was met by a wonderful employee who helped me through color choices and brands and was very helpful, as I was tired after work. As a woman, I try to frequent businesses where men are understanding of some thing we women deal with, especially projects. He could not have been more progressive and empathetic in his customer service skills. He was in his 20's, but had the maturity of someone in their 50's. How grateful I was to select paint, get some tools and have a conversation predicated on respect. This is a rare occurrence for women sometimes. I highly recommend this store, as a business is only as good as its employees and management and judging by my encounter, this employee was a rock star and this place was a 2022 example of being cognizant of the diversity of customers and their needs. Kudos. Great parking and easy to grab and go for tour paint needs. Go on in and get some paint!”

“Our go-to for great quality paints and customer service. We have had nothing but great experiences with this location. Always helpful and informative.
Most recent example, wanted a paint not showing as In Stock on the APP. Called and talked to Jon. Friendly and professional, he informed me that they did have a few gallons in stock. I gave him my account info, he mixed my color and I stopped by a while later to pick up the paint. Had a short, friendly chat with Jon and went home to paint.
Now the important part.... At first look, Sherwin Williams seems a bit pricey, BUT, with frequent sale discounts, they are very competitive with local big box stores, especially if you consider that their paint is far superior. Highly recommend!”

“I couldn't be happier with this Benjamin Moore outlet. First, the owner Merlin let me in to look at paint samples before the store was ever even officially opened! So very nice! And Karen is the most helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate employee ever. As a former painter, she not only knows everything about paint types and colors, but she is happy to take the time to share her wealth of knowledge with you and educate the customer about the choices and options out there. Plus, she expertly mixed two colors we needed for a color match. These colors and its sheens are flawless and completely disappeared with touchups on the interior walls. After I had a nightmare experience with a painter I found online, she recommended to me Chris Wise of Wize Painting and I couldn't be happier with the results. Karen at Benjamin Moore for the paints and Chris Wise and his team for the painting are the dream team you need to get the paint job done right at a very reasonable price! Thank you so much!!”
