After 20 yrs, my pondless waterfall needed major work! It was rebuilt today, using much of previous material, but looks very different and is BEAUTIFUL! Very happy with Pondering Waters, 20 yrs ago and now. I wish I could post video with sound ☺️

I was dealing with a bacterial infection that had gotten a couple of my fish sick the beginning of fall, these guys took 160$ dollars from me to come into my backyard, stare at my pond for a few seconds and say “yea it’s too cold out, nothing we can do.” For the past couple of months I’ve been annoyed because I really feel like they scammed me out of my money. One of the employees offered to take and quarantine one of my 15+ year old koi the next day, he was on his way to my house when I asked if my fish passes away, could I please recover her body to bury her next tot eh pond. All of the sudden it was “ my wife says I have too much fish” and he didn’t come. We really think he was trying to steal my fish , he would’ve just told me she died and kept her.These guys are shady

Jeff recently replaced our old and outdated fountain with a beautiful waterfall. It has completely changed the patient area in our dental office and he did a wonderful job! We have received so many compliments! He was very communicative the entire time and was also very flexible!

I have been using Pondering waters for coming up on 10 years. They built my pond, they maintain my pond, etc. They are top notch and are very well educated. I would never look anywhere else. They are always on time, they always answer my phone calls, emails, etc.The best pond / water garden / water feature company in that state. Period.

This was a professional, stress free experience from start to finish. Jeff offered ideas and options, provided several estimates of both cost and time frames, and delivered on those timeframes. The end result is amazing. We didn't check good value only because we didn't have any comparisons, but we were satisfied with the cost and design options.

I’ve had Pondering Waters clean out my smaller landscape pond in the spring for the past 3 years, they have done a fantastic job each time. It would take me 6-8 hrs to clean it out properly, now I just come home and the pond is thoroughly clean, the pump is working great and the water fall feature sounds wonderful. Thanks again to Jeff and his crew. I will continue to use this company in the future.

I would highly recommend them. very happy with the crew that came out to find a leak in my waterfall. The crew was professional, and friendly. Worked Quickly to find and repair leak. And took great care in cleaning up and making it look even better when they left.
