Recent fire in the bldg where my unit was, no damage to my space. But I found out I was paying for a unit supposedly in a controlled climate building, which I asked for and is stated that way on the website, but it was not. When I asked about it I was told there is no such thing. Yes, there is, and I am moving my things to a different storage company that actually has one. If not for the fire my antiques I was storing could have been damaged in the winter weather coming up. Glad I found out before that happened.

This facility should be Closed ‼️Everything about it is unprofessional and ran by extremely poor management!a fire in the establishment and you don't physically connect the customers affected. Email isnt enough ! unfortunately for me i was hospitalized and couldn't access the phone yet along email!

Very good experience.
I was scheduled to move-in on a Monday. Due to structure fire I was not going to be able to. They secured me a unit in a storage a half mile away and matched the price !! ?

I’ve been using this location for about two years I can say that really done a lot of upgrades within that time. I also appreciate Cassandra. She is very helpful and I will continue to use this location

This place ain't nothing but a rip off they find all kind of ways to get your money and they not clean I will never use this location again and they quick to auction off your stuff they cut my lock off put there's on and told me I had to pay for there lock, why not just put y'all lock on with my lock that way I still can't get in my unit with y'all lock on but no just another way to get money out of you.
