This was my first time at Salon Indigo. It was referred by a coworker of my husband's. He knew I was looking for a new stylist over the years without any luck. The coworker recommended Dina. I'm very happy that I took that recommendation.
Dina was very pleasant, had me sit down and discuss what I was looking to have done. She made me feel confident with my decision, and took the time to understand what I wanted. As someone who has had perms over the years and can see the difference in procedure, she impressed me as someone who knew what she was doing. Like noticing that she thoroughly rinsed my hair between perm solution and after neutralizer was applied. I've had perms in the recent past where they don't rinse properly. You notice things that differ from salon to salon.
I also mentioned I wanted a casual style that looked like me, and not a French Poodle 😂 (been there 🤦🏻♀️). She nailed it ! She is talented and knowledgeable. I'm very glad I found a Salon that I'm confident with and makes me look like me !

I love this salon. My hair was cut and washed by Shannon Sloan. she is very nice and good to talk to whilst getting your hair done.

Today I seen Dina and what an amazing job she did. If you want the nicest lady to have a great conversation with while you're getting your hair done, she's your girl!! Go see her you won't be disappointed. TEAM DINA!!

I went in today to have Sue do my hair. I have known her for years and love her, however it had been awhile since I was in the salon to see her. The pricing is ridiculous. They charge an additional 3.00 for any product used plus 2.00 to use your credit card. Root color and a haircut cost me 120.00 so 140 with tip. I decided not to get the hilites as that was an additional 75.00 (for partial hilites to boot) plus the 3.00 more for the product. Then They informed me there is a 30.00 charge for a blowout on services that do not get a haircut so for the next time if I want my hair dried I will pay the additional 30.00 cost. OUTRAGEOUS!! Tbh I don’t know how one affords this. They didn’t tell me about the 8.00 additional charge until I went to the counter to pay. I know we are all paying more these days but this is just crazy. Not something that I am going to be able to pay when I need roots done every six weeks. Great way to lose life long customers. Accepting credit cards is a part of owning a business and the product used is a part of the service. To be charged this additional fee is just unacceptable in my book. After reading the reviews I am not the only one in disagreement here.

Jen does a great job on my nails. My hands feel so good when she’s done. She keeps her room very clean and it smells very fresh. The entire salon is extremely clean and all the hair dressers are very friendly and professional.

Wonderful place. My salon I was going to closed due to covid, and I’ve been going here for the last 3 years. I always have a great experience and there products are wonderful. Janae cut my hair today and she did a fabulous job. Highly suggest this place. ?

I visited today for the first time and I had a great Experience! The best customer service I have Experienced in a very long time!! I was very pleased. The Atmosphere is welcoming calm and cozy. I like how they spary down the station and chair's in between guest! My stylist was Dina she was great very friendly and did a great job coloring and styling my hair! The salon is a little bit on the pricey side they charged me 85 dollars for a root touch up and normally I pay 45 to 60 dollars so that was a little bit of a stock to my system. When my total was 120 dollars for a root touch up and blow out. But I'll shall visited again in the future.

I called ahead to surprise my wife for a cut and color and low light. The lady on phone says around 100-150. My wife went there, didn't get low lights, and because I was being a good husband and paided over the phone, they somehow stuck me with a 207$ bill when she didn't even get all the services talked about. I'm not sure how this is acceptable, but we won't be going back here.
