I got subway from door dash. The store is always clean and the staff are friendly. However the store did not listen to my instructions and toasted my sandwich. This completely changes the taste. LMy car broke down so I am without a vehicle. Due to this I had to get the sandwich delivered. I would be going back to the store if I could to return this garbage and get what I want. Very unsatisfied. If you order do it in person as the staff doesn’t understand instructions given on a online order

It's definitely one of the better subways in the area, the guys working were friendly and the Subs were good and even if they weren't it would have been my fault since they are made to order ?

I had a wonderful experience with Amanda today at the 15 mile and Utica location. She is an excellent server and made my day brighter. 5 stars and 5 and a half for Amanda!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY! I had a manufacturers coupon, from Subway and this location refuses to accept coupons. 2 foot long subs now cost $25!!! Wayyyy overpriced for a sub

Never have I been disrespected in such a manor. Who tells customers, when it's 8:10 pm to get out in the middle of eating. Now mind you, it closes @ 8:30. No, I'm sorry Sir we have to be closing soon. Do you mind if you can hurry up... No... It's, 8:10 you have to leave. When I spoke up and said, who says that to customers l, especially mid eating. To just get out. I wasn't even finished eating. For them to proceed to act unprofessional is beyond me. Hannah and Emily is their name. Hopefully it will be addressed.
