“Yesterday my truck wouldn’t start, and after some friends got it going, I knew the starter needed to be replaced. I first called another shop, but they didn’t really seem to care—they just told me to “bring it in whenever and we’ll get to it when we can.”
When I called Pointe Auto Tech, Mike answered and immediately treated my situation like it mattered. He told me to bring the truck straight in and not shut it off, making sure I’d get there without getting stranded. He really cared about helping me, and it showed.
Even better, they had the starter replaced and my truck back to me in less than 24 hours. That’s incredible, especially since I don’t have another vehicle to fall back on. Mike truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and I can’t thank him enough.
The price point was amazing too! Looking around and his prices are lower for sure! So excellent customer service and great prices!

“I've taken two vehicles to Bucks Garage in the course of 6 months and have been given exceptional service by Paul and the ladies in the office. They are quick to diagnose, thorough in any and all questions about the work to be performed, and accurate and fair in their pricing. For one of the vehicles, Paul diagnosed the issue as being an electronic failure in a rear differential and recommended that I take it to the dealer. I appreciated that he sent me in the right direction as opposed to a band-aid fix. He also noted some worn suspension components and I had him replace with OEM parts. The second vehicle, he repaired my driver side power window that no longer functioned. “Shoutout to these guys! My car wasn't starting (thought to be a finally dead starter or alternator, but apparently it was nothing) so I called these guys to jump my car and they got it running again. Guy driving the Ram (bonus points for the truck being really cool looking lol) was really nice to us, complimented my car and helped as much as he could. He gave the receipt after and went on his way. Thank you guys for helping me and having nice people on your team, that stuff can really go a long way.

“The team at R&M crushed it with my old work truck. Though it's old and a Michigan vehicle they were very thorough in inspecting and identifying the issues that I brought the vehicle in with. They went above and beyond to get the thing just right which included a lot hours and effort to get done. The way they communicated with me it felt as if they were excited to get the thing as good as they could. That means a lot in itself!
The truck drives amazing now whereas when I first got it I was nervous to drive higher than 50 and further than a small radius. I have way more confidence especially with the details they added to the service notes. There is a clear road ahead to get the significant issues out of the way. I'm confident that if the rust doesn't win, with R&M in my corner I can keep this beauty alive!

“Visited yesterday....family business whose name is legendary in the local automotive community. Nathan carries on as thirst generation in a quite competent and more importantly CARING manner...a true service oriented individual that goes the extra mile in assisting customers (which was obviously well-honed from his grandfather and father!) Very clean and orderly shop, especially comparing that to others in the area. Add Ryan working away, and other staff, and it was easy to see why such a great organization continues on. My repair was done well, appointment timing accurate, and more importantly promised time punctual! Communication was excellent, and their attitude exemplifies the mindset to go ABOVE AND BEYOND in making the customer happy! THEY CARE....which is often a rarity in the industry!
SIMPLY: These guys run a GREAT SHOP!
