“Yesterday my truck wouldn’t start, and after some friends got it going, I knew the starter needed to be replaced. I first called another shop, but they didn’t really seem to care—they just told me to “bring it in whenever and we’ll get to it when we can.”
When I called Pointe Auto Tech, Mike answered and immediately treated my situation like it mattered. He told me to bring the truck straight in and not shut it off, making sure I’d get there without getting stranded. He really cared about helping me, and it showed.
Even better, they had the starter replaced and my truck back to me in less than 24 hours. That’s incredible, especially since I don’t have another vehicle to fall back on. Mike truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and I can’t thank him enough.
The price point was amazing too! Looking around and his prices are lower for sure! So excellent customer service and great prices!

Once they diagnosed the issue I got a call explaining what the plan was. I asked them to give me some advice on what my best options were based on my vehicle life and money. I feel confident that they gave me honest answers. The work was complete in a timely manner and everything seems good now.”
“Visited yesterday....family business whose name is legendary in the local automotive community. Nathan carries on as thirst generation in a quite competent and more importantly CARING manner...a true service oriented individual that goes the extra mile in assisting customers (which was obviously well-honed from his grandfather and father!) Very clean and orderly shop, especially comparing that to others in the area. Add Ryan working away, and other staff, and it was easy to see why such a great organization continues on. My repair was done well, appointment timing accurate, and more importantly promised time punctual! “I don't know if I even have the words to express how grateful I am for these guys ! I have had a string of problems with my truck and not only did they get out fast but they were so helpful . I had the truck in for a repair with them that they finished in one day. When it rains it pours about a week later I had another totally different issue and I was actually stranded in a parking lot because the engine wouldn't turn over.I was ready to breakdown and cry and they saved me once again within minutes of calling ! If you need a good honest mechanic or a tow I absolutely recommend using Fosters !”
