“Great customer service. Very informative as to what had to be repaired and the time it would take. Received a number of text messages on the progress to keep me informed as to what was happening and the progress along with completion date.”
“Was looking for a spare tire. They didn't have my size on property so they took the time to look around and ordered it for me. Great customer service!!! Highly recommend. Thank you Middleton..”
“Best mechanics in town so far! Just wow. My husband and I both had car troubles. He fixed them both and did excellent work. Would recommend to anyone. So wonderful and affordable.”
“I needed some special parts and installation work done on my 2021 Chevy Colorado. Not only did these guys find the rare parts, they did the custom installation far less expensive than was quoted elsewhere AND they cleaned my truck before I picked it up! The quality of their work was great and I recommend them highly. I dealt with Nick and Kevin and both went above and beyond the normal customer service you usually see at other shops! It's awesome to find some really good people in the auto industry to work on your car/truck!”
“Was rear ended a few months back. They went above and beyond on the repair of my bumper and tailgate. New tailgate, fresh paint and all in just 4 days! Couldn't be happier with the results! Thank you Dan!”
“The counter employees are wonderful, extremely knowledgeable and eager to help. Love the lady that was working behind the counter with the beautiful colorful eyeglass frame, give her a raise!”
“I went to this store looking for a battery for my mom's car. Azrale was above and beyond helpful!! And then I had to go back the next day to get oil for the car and Tony took phenomenal care of me as well! They aren't allowed to touch the cars. But he gave me all of the supplies I needed and came outside to watch me pour the oil since I have never done it! I have to say everyone at this store was very nice and very informed! They made sure I got the correct battery for They car. It is a foreign car. And the correct oil. It is a turbo car as well! Thanks again for all of the help!!”

“Above and beyond service is the norm at Fraser Auto. Any question I asked got an answer broken down to what I would understand. No talking down to an woman is tolerated there. Easy to understand why they are always busy.”
