“I purchased a battery, and in most cases, Advance helps with installation of newly purchased batteries. However, I didn't know the battery inside the car was located in the wheel well and they would not be able to install. Matthew and the young lady (I didn't get her name) were very gracious in giving me a boost to the dead battery in my car, while also giving me options for a place to go for the install. They both were so very nice and very helpful!?”

“Top notch business. Had a flat tire on a youth hockey trip on the way down from Petoskey. Brought the flat in for repair. Got right in. They showed me the tire gash. Couldn’t repair but they gave me a free tire for spare rim in case I need one in the way home. Tipped them and I was on my way. Highly recommend this place.
