“This place is exceptional and my experience with the staff was amazing right from the initial phone call. They were able to see my cat within an hour of calling (I assumed they must not be busy and thus had the time, but they definitely were busy when I showed up!), identified the problem right away and laid out a simple treatment plan that's both easy to follow and extremely inexpensive. Dr Syed and staff took time to ensure I knew how to proceed going forward and gave me a comprehensive timeline for when I should resume normal activities like brushing, etc. Everyone I dealt with here were efficient, friendly and seemed genuinely interested in ensuring that I was satisfied with the experience! Well done!”

She was gentle, explained everything she was doing, educated me about his new diet needs and was so kind. She made sure all my questions were answered. I really liked her and my cat did too. “Brought my frenchie here after a traumatic experience elsewhere which led to a non-healing eye ulcer that he’d been battling with for over 2 months. After seeing multiple vets, without much progress, I was feeling frustrated and worried. After just 2 appointments with Dr. Wilson, his eye is completely healed! I feel so relieved & grateful to have found a clinic who truly has the experience & knowledge I was looking for. My dog was also coming out of a mild IVDD spinal flare up and Dr. Wilson’s willingness to monitor symptoms and take his overall health into consideration was truly exactly what we needed. I highly recommend this place and feel fortunate to have found them!”

“N Gratiot vet is the best. We literally have trusted our animals with Dr T since his beginnings at Parkway vet in the early 80s. His office has grown and staff understandably bc of the expertise and care. All the vets are as good as the OG. Dr T once seen us on a closed day to save our labs life. Last week we called bc our dog was simply rubbing his nose raw. No need come in he advised us what to do and boom. From our long gone 6 cats and 5 dogs to our current Lab we say Thank you.”

“My mom has been seeing Dr J for quite a few years and he's great we just brought are new puppy to see Dr j and he and all the girls are awesome couple even came in and was singing to calm her during her shots she didn't even squeek If your looking for a old school vet.Dr J is the man Highly recommend 😀 I'm changing my review only because went we brought ate dog in for a check up They didn't even listen to her heart check temp then we have her fixed and Islington if they find problems with teeth they can be fixed right then but didn't happen So dog was fine till the seizures started and all this came on after her surgery In not saying they did something wrong but. After talking to a neuro doc we find out she had extra 8 teeth and she's blind hmmm seems awful strange then after surgery no follow up calls asking how she was doing well his your up date she's dead, So all I can is do your research It seems it was all about money with this place... She was a good dog to after surgery all the sudden she's blind come on... Thanks for nothing”

“Let me tell you about this WONDERFUL office. Our lab ate something he shouldn't have. We called our regular vet who couldn't see him today. We luve close to Centerline Vet and called there to avoid the OUTRAGEOUS cost of emergency care. Emily answered the phone. Oh so friendly and helpful. They took us in right away. Olivia, was so helpful and friendly and then Megan who kept us updated on everything. Again, so friendly. We were in and out with a well dog and Megan even suggested a finance company. What would have been 800.00 in the emergency vet was half that price. . The NICEST people. Dr. Koss eased our mind and saw our dog as soon as we arrived. She is A-MAZING. HIGHY RECOMMEND this office.”

“5-Star Review for Groesbeck Animal Hospital I can’t say enough good things about Groesbeck Animal Hospital. My first experience with them was when I had to make the heartbreaking decision to put my cat down. The staff was incredibly compassionate during such a difficult time. More recently, I had an emergency with my dog, Betsy, who had an abscess that ruptured on a Saturday at 4pm, right before they were about to close. Even though they could have turned us away, they stayed open to help us, which was such a relief. The doctor was amazing— they quickly shaved the area, examined it, and reassured me that this was fairly common. They prescribed antibiotics and scheduled a follow-up for two weeks later. The best part? The total cost was only $119.00! They could have easily charged much more, but they were honest and fair, which is rare to find. Groesbeck Animal Hospital has gained a loyal customer for life. Betsy and I thank you all for your kindness, professionalism, and incredible care!”

“Harper Woods Vet is the best veterinary hospital I have ever been too! I have been going here 25 years now. Dr. Pillsbury is fantastic and highly recommended we have been seeing her for years now. She has saved my Golden's life twice now, once from anaphylactic shock from a bee sting and once from polk weed poisoning that almost killed her from a wild weed that is now removed from our yard and the neighbors too . Dr. Dexter is very knowledgeable as well, she is very thorough and she has been helping me a lot lately too. She got my dog on a prescription chow that has helped her weight greatly, she is now a healthier weight and also stopped her chronic urinary tract infections. Dr. Balaj is awesome and knows his stuff too, people were heartbroken he is only part time now he has helped us over the years too with many different pets. Dr. Khalifah is also amazing as well and saved my neighbor's dog from death. I am told the other vets there too are top notch everyone says so! You can trust this place to help you take care of your beloved pet. They are super smart and have a lot of experience getting the problem figured out and resolved. “Such a caring and kind vet office! From the ladies at the front desk, the vet techs, and Doctors. My dog had an urgent matter, and they did their absolute best to fit us in as soon as possible. Bonus that we can call when we get in the parking lot and go straight into a room, as my dog is very reactive to other animals (and people?) vet tech Bree was so kind and really listened to what was going on. Dr. Hildebrand was so caring as well! She took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns and made an entire treatment plan for my dogs needs so we could be prepared for procedures and costs. The ladies at the front desk answered all of my questions and made sure to explain everything to me. They are so sweet, and funny! I definitely recommend bringing your pets here to get great care!?”

“LOCATION/BUILDING: Easy to locate. The building is dated and the parking lot needs upgrading but decent/manageable! Inside was very clean and SUPER calm and quiet. There were a few people there when leaving but coming in there weren't a bunch of people and animals on top of each other. STAFF (Phone and In Person) Kind, professional, and patient SERVICE: I was recommended through Petco, so I booked through Vetco website. The check-in process was super quick and simple. As a first-time client and wellness checkup, no paperwork was necessary for me. I was asked for my basic contact information. A separate small room for the doctor, patient, and owner is designated for the appointment. Wellness Visit - Satisfactory (: Dr. McLaughlin was kind and gentle. I learned a few things from him. After answering a few questions, he asked if there were any specific concerns. As someone completely new to the whole process, I was 100% sure on what to ask. I did communicate this. I was hoping for a tad bit more information on basics (do's, don'ts, general about info, things I could expect, etc.) Even pamphlets or a link for first-timers to get information based on the animal would be super helpful. I just felt like I didn't have all the knowledge to equip me if that makes sense. (I did some research but nowadays everyone has an opinion and it's helpful to hear what is accurate directly from a reputable source.) Checkout: I was asked for my Petco member info to confirm. A promo was used but there was a small fee that was a small surprise. It is not mentioned in the coupon terms and conditions, so informing clients during the check-in would be helpful. It was no biggie though, just a suggestion. (: PRICING: Affordable vaccines under $100.00 OVERALL: Good experience! I'm super grateful to everyone for the service and information!”

“VCA has been our go to vet for our 2 past pets, and our current puppy. We are always greeted with a smile, the vet techs are very friendly, and Dr. White is AMAZING with going through everything in full details and answering any questions we have. We also signed up for the CareClub which has been amazing with having a puppy. There aren't many vets around that offer a plan specifically for a puppy's first year (shots, chipping, neuter, fecal sampling, bloodwork, etc). I cannot recommend VCA enough!”
