Pharmacy staff was nice but did not include syringe/dosing cup for her antibiotic. I called and they said I could come up to the store and get one but they did not have one big enough to accommodate her 6.5 mL prescription but they had a 5 mL one. Have you ever tried to give a 3 year old medicine? Let alone twice at a time?! lol

I called and asked a question about transferring from CVS to Walgreens for my prescription. The man I spoke with was very rude. Asked me if I have insurance or not. I stated yes. He told me that the cost would be the same for the ketoconazole shampoo. I said okay, was about to ask another question before I could, he hung up. So, with that being said, I'll stick with CVS. Thanks, Walgreens, for helping me make a great decision.

I went to pick up scripts,waited in line for over 27 minutes only to get home with only the prescription information they forgot to put the medication in the bag.

I've had cancer twice in the last 10 yrs. On top of this, I'm a SLE Lupus patient, diagnosed in 1995 at U of M. In 2014,, had major surgery and now have a Ileostomy, with a Ostomy bag. Needless to say, I take quite a bit of medication. I use a family owned pharmacy and have nothing but great things to say about them. Well now with our once great health and medication systems going down the tubes, thanxs to National Health Care,, ie , Obama Care, I had to transfer 1 of my 15 + prescriptions over to Walgreens. Additionally, I have to order Ostomy bags and supplies monthly thru a big Medical Supply company from out of state. But supposedly, Walgreens is giving my Prescription Insurance company a better deal than ANY of the other pharmacies can do. Well, just like a ton of other reviews I see on here, and checked multiple other Walgreen locations, I too have had some pretty bad experiences with both the personal and having on hand stock issues with the medication.
Now the best part of it all,, having to deal with this pharmacy and people because my insurance says I have too, I found Walgreens is charging 4400.00 vs my family owned pharmacy charge of 2900.00
What the hell is going on !! This is Insane !!
I've pondered for hours why my Insurance company is making me go here, and paying 1500.00 a month more.
All I come up with is our Health Care System is in BiG trouble, and I'm afraid we haven't seen the best of it yet,,
This change started last January 1st of 23, and been waiting for my insurance company to say I have to transfer all my scripts over to them.
I sure hope this doesn't happen, pretty sure I couldn't handle dealing with Walgreens with all my 15 + prescriptions.
So because of the service I receive, and the fact they charge so much more than they have too, Im giving them a 1 star rating. This Walgreens only has a 2.9 star rating and FYI,, my Ostomy supplier only has a 2.1 star rating. Bet you can guess what I go thru every month with those people.
So,, unlike other people who can just change pharmacies and move on,, I just ask for my 1 refill, and whenever It's ready, go pick it up, and Thank God that the medicine is still available to us, and still covered under the insurance I worked for 40 + yrs to have.

If I could give the Walgreen Pharmacy at this Groesbeck at 13 mile/ Fraser. Mi no stars and the biggest negative ever I would. Apparently Walgreens are employing the absolute rudest people. Kim in the Pharmacy has no phone etiquettes. Not giving customers a chance to finish a question just cutting people off in mid sentence. Don't think it stop at this Walgreen same thing over at the Walgreen at 10 mile and Gratiot the employee didn't even have on a name tag. I spoke with the store manager Todd who apologized and told him your Frontline people are the face of your business and with an employee like the one I encountered at his 10 mile Gratiot location DEFINITELY doesn't portray a pretty picture of his store. My family and I are currently moving all of our prescriptions of the Walgreen system.Shantel

Always takes so long to get prescriptions. Always waiting 30 plus minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.

What's the point in going to urgent care the night before when the prescriptions are still not filled 8 hours after store opens the next day. Then wait in a LONG line at pharmacy drive through to be told they're still not ready to go BACK in line which is all the way to the back of the parking lot. Or come in store to wait! I have a baby with me and I'm really sick hence drive thru and urgent care and now waiting all day for antibiotics. 25 mins later baby is screaming and I'm finally next! Let's see what happens now....
