Terrible! Yaya was the best when I was in high school Shampu was great but I went less than 2 weeks ago and multiple nails fell off within DAYS including a repaired nail, the shellac was peeling, the shaping was sloppy went back after Yaya was just trying to make more money.

I have been living here for 2 1/2 years and this Shop is on par with the shops in the US and Korea. Yaya has worked in other countries such as Hong Kong so this is not surprising. . Of course you can find a shop in CM that is cheaper, but the quality is NOT the same. This shop does a very thorough exfoliation, uses quality materials unlike the cheap places, they give best service and there is the most adorable little dog (super-friendly Pomeranian). I don't usually like to come into the city often, but make the trip here regularly to get my spa gel pedicure. The quality is top notch and the technicians work very hard to make sure each stroke is just right.

This place is so bad. The prices are too high! The service is not good at all. I went to get a manicure. The worst manicure ever. The lady had my finger bleeding and she did have clippers.

Nail were left unfinished and not cleaned up. Went in there to get them cleaned up AGAIN and this is how they clean them.

I absolutely love this place! I have been coming here for 5 years and counting. Very friendly, understandable, reasonable and polite. .. makes me feel very comfortable. Nice getaway for a self care day.

Absolutely terrible. Yaya rushed my soak off & did my manicure very ruff. Trying to do someone else's brows. 8 mile gratiot it is.
