OMG....4 year old grandson had to pee. This place was 2.2 miles of the highway. This gas station was immaculate. Never in my life seen a restroom so clean. Womans restroom had feminine products available on toilet paper dispenser for those untimely emergencies "free"! And my grandson was happy that the urinal was from the floor up just the perfect size for him and handicapped accessible. We even found a jar of pickled bologna. Very happy we stopped.Definitely a 5 star Market.

Such wonderful people work there. Sweetest ladies, funny men, prices are competitive compared to Grayling.

Wish I could give less then one star. Got gas and snacks, and the man working, I believe his name tag said Dan, was extremely rude, almost like we were bugging him by being there. Will not be back, and letting anyone I know not to go there either.

I always say support your local businesses as they support the local community.Speaking of that the Beacon and Bridge gas station in Frederic does not support the local community.I've seen it where they turn on the water spiked thats outside for a downstater to fill some water buckets but won't do that for a local that uses the gas station several times a week!Shame on you! I know I will be getting my gas and roadtrip snacks elsewhere from now on!

For the most part, all the staff there are friendly. The prices are a little on the high side, though.

we stopped here last weekend (Nov 13) on our way back north. I have never been in a nicer/cleaner public restroom in my life! one of the gals working was just so nice and cheery... she was kind of joking, but yet I think actually sincere if something was going on, when she asked me "you look concerned? is he bothering you?" I had just woken up, ran in to use the bathroom w/out my jacket on (it was cold) and wondering why my father in law who we were following had stopped there. So I looked lost/cold/worried etc. lol when I met my husband at the counter and was asking if anything was wrong. But while she was just joking around, the fact that she also seemed genuinely concerned for a second, that something might be wrong, warmed my heart. I had just stared at her looking between her and my husband when she asked me, not answering for a second because I was still half asleep and my brain wasn't processing what she was asking, so she did look worried that, "hey, something might actually be wrong" so just giving a shout out to her! (I didn't catch her name)

This place has issues. First, the pumps are very slow. Probably because they serve a lot of recreational vehicles. But still, I would rather fill up in Grayling or Gaylord than fill up here due to the slow pumps. Second issue is they are only open until 9:00 p.m. and that issue leads to something that happened to me a couple months back that I have not shared with you yet! It was nearly closed, I bought some stuff inside, went out and used my card to get gas, I think I may have gotten a couple gallons and then everything just shut off. The lady on the inside was staring at me as I looked over inside the window after everything shut off. I feel like it was done on purpose. That would be absolutely hilarious if it happened to someone who was running on fumes and finally got to a gas station, to not even get enough gas to get to the next station and gaylord! I feel like Society is breaking down left and right and the people that work at this place just love the feeling of schadenfreude. I swear.. this place exists to be a nuisance to people. Sure we get the things that we want from there, at least most of the time, but they make it a slightly traumatic experience. We definitely do not live in the day and age where everybody tries to have great customer service. And when I was 18 and getting into the workforce, it was all about customer service! That was 16 years ago.

Google maps listing says open until 11:30pm. Skipped the Grayling exit and got off for gas at your exit instead. CLOSED at 9:25pm. Now I’m too low on gas and wasted 4 miles and 15 minutes because your pumps are turned off. Will skip all the B&B’s from now on.

Please tell your employees not to smoke right in front of the door (literally) I'm pretty sure the law states 100ft away from any public building. Staff was nice.
