About WM - Waters Landfill
WM - Waters Landfill is considered the best waste company in the Northern Michigan region. Reviews note it is a great value and easy to communicate with. Many customers are very happy with the service, describing the drivers as absolutely amazing, professional, courteous, and kind, like a true neighbor. The company is also respected for prioritizing driver safety during severe weather, sometimes canceling and rescheduling service. While service is usually great, there can be occasional issues like missed pickups, especially in difficult conditions like snow. Some customers also inquire about adjusting container numbers or adding recycling.

For the same price as two bags a MONTH, plus $10 monthly service fee, you can get a seven bag tote from waste management for the same price!

Krista E got us a quote promptly for commercial service to our place of business. The entire process was easy to follow and came with updates along the way. I would highly recommend them!
